I had to release an employee and had to change 7 locks in my office. I tried to do it myself but the locks were some I had never worked with before. Texas Premier was actually the 2nd locksmith I called. The 1st company seemed like they were afraid to put there hands on the locks because of the type and difficulty. When I called Texas Premier the lady on the phone was very friendly and let me know that someone would be calling me back in an hour. It wasnt even 10 minutes when someone called me back letting me know they would be to our property in about an hour. Keep in mind this was about 4 P.M. The technician showed up exactly when he said he would. Even calling me twice. Once to let me know he was on his way, and a second to let me know he was about 10 minutes away. Upon arrival he got right to work. He didnt seem at all intimidated by the locks like the 1st company was. He rekeyed 7 lock cylinders in about an hour and a half. Very professional, courteous and punctual. I would recommend calling Texas Premier Locksmith for your Locksmith needs. I will definitely be calling them back in the future!

I have rekeyed my house several times over the past 5 years. Unfortunately my regular locksmith was too busy and I had an unpleasant experience with Texas Premier Locksmith. Rachel, the phone operator, has very poor customer service skills and could care less about anything. If you try to explain your frustration from calling and leaving multiple messages with no return calls they simply get a rude attitude. The locksmith mounted my front door lock very crooked so I called trying to get them to come back out to fix it. Both rekeyed locks are difficult to turn. My glass screen door is now bent and the installer takes no responsibility and could care less. I got rolled eyes and attitude. I dont know what happen to the screen door. It has latched with no problem for years until the locksmith left. Now it no longer latches. Did he lean on it? No Im left with a broken screen door and keys that are so difficult to turn it hurts my fingers.

Very dishonest about pricing. They quoted us one price per lock over the phone, and the service person also misled us with price when he arrived. We were told there was a $30 service fee (which was correct) and that each rekey was $20. When the service person arrived, he stated service fee was $30 and cylinder would be $10-20 replace and a $10 service fee. We were ultimately charged $30 service fee, $30 per lock and $10 dollar labor fee per lock. I called the company again to confirm that this price was correct, and they would not confirm how they price over the phone.

I cannot thank Texas Premier enough! I locked my keys in my car today and was so distressed! I am not from Austin and my son and I are only here on vacation. Not knowing anyone in this city and not knowing my way around, I googled the nearest locksmith. Texas Premier came up and I called. Not only were they super quick to respond but the level of compassion and service is comparable to none! I regret not remembering the name of my technician but I will always remember his cowboy boots with the crosses on them. Today sir, you were our ANGEL and our hero. Thank you!!!

Michael Jordon was the most personable, friendly, helpful and professional technician I have ever received services from. He gives TPL a "small town" friendly atmosphere that wins trust and instills confidence in the customer. I would definitely recommend TPL to anyone who finds themselves in a lock emergency. His work was first rate, timely, complete, and went above and beyond what we actually asked for. This type of service is getting more rare these days, but you are in great hands with Mr. Jordan and TPL.

Stay away from this business I got a repair with a overcharge 400 when the work just cost 100 usd and they offer guarantee 5 years of their work, when It not true , I started have problems with their works after 3 months and when I start to call them and explain they never came to fix and then never answer the phone again,,,THIS BUSINESS IS JUST A BIG SCAM WITH VERY CORRUPT PEOPLE WORKING ON IT...

Had an appointment to meet Jesse at their shop. I show up and no one is there. I called Jesse and his lame excuse was that he had to cancel cause he was going to make more money with someone else & he "forgot" to call me. Thank for wasting my time, gas, and have me standing in the rain. Do yourself a favor and find another locksmith who actually does what they say theyre going to do.

I just want to say that Premier Locksmith saved me when I needed them the most I lost my car keys over the weekend and everybody said to go to the dealer, except for Texas Premier Locksmith. They sent a tech that arrived within about 30 minutes and made a key for me on the spot. I really thought my weekend was ruined...and then ai got a hold of THIS company. Very highly recommended

I was told a price on the phone and the locksmith that showed up asked for $30 more. I didnt argue since I was in a jam. Furthermore, the locksmith wasnt able to open the lock. I showed him a video of the same lock being picked, but he wasnt able to do it. He drilled through it and damaged the lock. I would recommend going with some other company.

I highly recommend Texas Premier. They came to make a key for my car because my key was lost. The locksmith was very nice and was able to cut a key right then and there. Most companies I called werent Babel to do it on the same day but tx premier locksmith sent their technician within 20 mins and I had my car key ready. Thank you

Wish I could give less than one star. We didnt get past the introduction of ourselves with out attitude.. I was quoted one price over the phone and given another one because of the techs attitude. It seemed to me he didnt want the service due to not understanding the situation. I recommend calling some one else!!!!
