Absolutely horrid service. When we called to get a quote the dispatch had originally quoted us $15 for the trip there and $25-35 for the service depending on the security level of the car. The contractor assigned to us then called 5 minutes later and said he wanted a flat rate fee, and that we were to call back for that from the dispatch. After going about this for another 5 minutes the dispatch then says its going to be $99. Thats a big leap from $50 at most. We canceled this job, obviously. They kept giving us the run around and had no idea of what they were talking about. needless to say we will not be bringing our business back to this place

Spoke with MS. Bonnie, super sweet lady. Price was great and was able to get same day appointment to replace truck key (chipped key). Cheaper than the dealership. Scott was the technician who came out to replace the key very friendly, courteous and fast. And this was during the hottest part of the day in July. Would recommend them to anyone. Nice honest people!!!
