Way overpriced! They took three hours and charged me almost $500 for a plain basic key. My key had keyless entry and they gave me a standard key that does nothing. Make sure you shop around and get what you pay for. They screwed me big time. Plus there was no customer service skills. They claim the newer models are more of a hassle. If thats the case get out of the business. Never again. Wouldnt recommend this company to my enemies. If you are stranded they will take advantage of you. My locksmith even said "this is better than getting towed". "This is the fastest route" didnt tell me what the programming would cost. He just told me the key is $279 and the programming starts at $60. The programming ended up being $160. Thats ridiculous. SHOP AROUND!!!

I had a little issue with the Tech, however, Tracy came to the Rescue Immediately! The minute she was made aware of my concern she called me right away to remedy the situation. We are very very happy with this company! My husband and I highly recommend them! ☺

Complete rip off!!! The company told me twenty minutes and we waited over two hours! The man that came out to do the work wanted 125 dollars in cash and didnt give us a receipt. Not satisfied at all with our experience!!!!
