I want to respond to the bad review, posted on September 15, 2011, stating that the owner (Angie) was a rude and hormonal bumpkin. I call Advanced Lock on November 21, 2011 to install a lock. They referred me to someone else because they were too busy to spare a technician. I had a long, enjoyable, informative conversation with Angie, who is anything but rude. Full disclosure: I did not do business with Advanced, but I have a pretty strong sense that they would be a good and trustworthy company. If I had to guess, I would bet that the reviewer was one of those awful, self-absorbed Californians who want things done in an instant because they are such important people! She was probably just put off by Angies good-old-girl Texas accent, which is actually music to some ears.

Above and Beyond. Long story short: Advanced was booked up today and after a very convoluted series of phone calls Angie at Advanced became suspicious that the company I was trying to use might be scammers. I was seeing some red flags and appreciated her calling me back to warn me and finding a way to squeeze me into their schedule. I have never used Advanced Lock Solutions before but they are just the kind of small local service company that I enjoy doing business with. Thanks, Angie and Mike!!!

I have used them for several years now for my business and have always been very pleased. Zachariah Earle is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I also had a different technician help me once as well and he was quite good as well. They are prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Needed help on a Monday morning of all things, called and the nice lady sent Mike Lachausse over & not only did he take care of it, he made it EASY for me to remember and it took less than an hour. And did I mention it took 10 minutes for him to get here? Great, great service and very personable. Thanks!

Advanced Locks people are friendly, knowledgable people who really know their stuff. We had a really constrained budget for our security locks, and they went way beyond the call to get us what we needed at a price we could afford. Solid service, and will get our repeat business again and again.

The owner of this company is extremely rude and unprofessional. Best description of her behavior is of an old hormonal uneducated country bumpkin! Absolutely horrendous! Look elsewhere if you like dealing with organized, efficient, and professional companies.

Love these guys, they do go above and beyond, use them for my company and they have cut hundreds of keys for me before. I highly recommend them from anything to key cutting to rekeying locks on our very expensie properties. Great people!

Angie, Mike and Douglas had help us to get the door lock problem fix at two different locations, they are charging reasonable price with great customer service tech at your door!! If anyone ever need help, you must call them.

Seriously, even if you dont need a key made, just go in there and check out the key museum all over their walls. I bet Houdini used some of those padlocks!
