Pros: Clean environment, nice staff, free weight squat and bench, good equipment, open 24 hours. Cons: Tanning bed bulbs not changed regularly, so its almost useless to tan even though its part of your membership fee. A lot of people socializing while taking up a machine. Came in a couple mornings where a group of older ladys who come to the gym (mainly to socialize) had brought in donuts... I dont want to see donuts at a place where I workout. Should be a no food policy or at least enforced if there is one.

Great place thats kept very clean. The owner is awesome very personable hes frequently adding new equipment and coming up with new ways to improve the place. Big fan!!

Great gym. For me, it has all the necessary equipment and is never too busy. This gym is usually very clean.
