Please read- DO NOT GO TO MAACO! I stopped in to get an estimate on my Chrysler 300- guy who gave the estimate was great, personable and honest. I ended up booking an appointment to paint my car in late July. I dropped my car off Monday around closing. I was told they would be giving me a call Friday. Friday came and went, I called Saturday morning because I was going out of town and was banking on having my vehicle. I was told my car had not been cleared because they did not have enough. I was told it would be finished Monday. Monday came and went, long story short- I did not get my car back until Wednesday afternoon. The customer service was poor, I did not receive one phone call from Maaco regarding the delay in my car I had called each time. I want to make the quality of my paint job very clear. I paid $800 for the base coat/clear coat. I did not pay for their cheap single stage enamel paint (I feel sorry for anyone who has because if my expensive paint looked like this, I cant imagine what the cheap special looks like). When I received my car and looked it over, it was NOT worth $800. Problems: I had black over spray on all 4 of my car windows. I had DA (sander) marker on my tail-light, passenger mirror, and front passenger window. I had primer over spray in my door jams and head lights. I also had over spray from the clear coat on my chrome window pillars as well. Needless to say, the people who prepped my car were very careless and for them to not fix the issues or notify the paying customer is even more careless. I also had body work done by another shop and they were instructed not to go over the bondo with their sander, it was feather edged and taken care of...needless to say, if you know your bodywork you can see the sander marks in the bondo. The clear was very dry and dull. I had my "fish eyes" from dirt and heavy "orange peel." Overall, I couldnt even enjoy the beautiful color I had picked for my 300. This was a terrible paint job and I would NEVER recommend Maaco to anyone! I would not waste my time trying to call them or even deal with their employees after having this work done to my car. I never want my vehicle touched by another Maaco repair shop again, which is too bad because I have a paint warranty. I ended up being so disgusted with this paint job, I had to spend another $500 to have it completely detailed (wet sanded, re-cleared and buffed) to be satisfied with my car. The shop that detailed my car could not believe how terrible the work on my car had been. He stated he would not have paid for the paint job. Now that my car is finished, $1,300 later I can say the only thing I am happy Maaco did for me is give me a great color. DO NOT GO TO MAACO! *poor customer service, poor workmanship, poor overall quality, careless employees.

The paint chips with in 3 months & they painted all the rubber liners on my 09 charger!! & when you use your paint warranty they treat you like scrap!! Your last in line!! My car sat there 7 days untouched!!! But when I was spending money it was completely finished in 3 days!!!! I dont recommend this place if you want quality work done!!
