I went in a couple days ago needing new spark plugs, new idle valve and gasket, amongst a few other issues. They were upfront about how much longer my car had before giving out (which it did that very night), and an invoice with the costs. They took off a censor realignment, doing it for free, and had me in and out within an hour and a half the next day when I had my car towed there. Dennis is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. I had to go back today because my censor acted up again, and they fixed it for free. They test drive your vehicle after the work is done to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and they will bring you into the actual shop to tell you/show you what is going on with your vehicle. I would definitely recommend them!

I was billed for 2 full hours for a tech to sawzall off the factory mufflers 3.5" back and weld on 2 new smaller mufflers. They never even quoted me the time, they lifted my car and started work without me ever signing or agreeing to any type of cost estimate or time required to do this work. I was floored when I heard the bill amount. I couldve done this on my garage floor in under 2 hours, minus the welding since I dont own a welder but the product came with clamps which they didnt use. I feel ripped off by at least an hour of non-work. Will never recommend this shop to anyone.

I could not put gas in my car after leaving here. It is stuck on full even though I have been driving it all day. Im not sure if there is a correlation here, but it was not doing this before I went in. Another person took a look at it and they were unimpressed by 1) the price I was charged for an oil change ($72), 2) lack of attention to detail (windshield wiper fluid empty and cap left open, random hose detached on top of engine), and 3) the amount of time it took (2 hours). Trying not to be angry and just move on, but I will definitely not be back to this location.

I went there just to get an emissions test. The process was fairly painless - waited about 15 minutes and was out of there. However I found the people at the front desk to be fairly rude and just saying the minimum number of words to get the job done. Another emissions customer asked how much for a tune up and the lady at the front desk said "I dont know. It depends on the car." The customer said roughly do you know how much? The employee said "Id have to look it up" and proceeded to pretty much walk away. That seems like poor customer service and salesmanship.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff and mechanics. Went in with a brake problem and Kevin was very helpful and made sure he explained everything to me before they started, even giving me an honest and accurate estimate. Mechanic made sure I didnt get my car back until everything worked perfectly, even testing it twice so he made sure it was safe. Very happy with my service and will definitely be returning for future vehicle needs!

Ive had service performed at this location, but had never dealt with Kevin Boynton before. He quickly diagnosed what my vehicle needed and repairs were compleated before the end of the work day. The local shop I was using probably would have tied my ride up for a minimum of three days, and charged as much if not more for the services you provided. Im very happy with the results and will be back in the future.

Interesting customer service. Upon asking about service, the manager appeared inconvenienced, saying I did not understand how busy they are. Hmmm. I would understand if he made an effort to tell me, apparently I have to guess! When I suggested I return, he gave me a response indicating he didnt care. Well, neither do I now, I wont be back. If you go there, good luck.

DO NOT GO HERE IF THERE IS ANYTHING MAJORLY WRONG WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!!!! TERRIBLE PLACE!!! After five minutes they diagnosed my vehicle with the wrong diagnosis!!! After I informed them that I was going elsewhere, the owner proceeded to argue with me!!! Terrible customer service!!!
