He was VERY unhappy, was upset that the part I needed was moved somewhere else by management, was talking disparagingly about another employee, and was using profanity all the while. It was very unprofessional, and I said to myself that I would never come here again.

This AutoZone is way under staffed for the amount of clients that line up to get parts. They need to get it together at this location, it takes way too long to get help at this location. I hope greedy corporate staff takes a look and gets these guys help soon.

Left a battery charging. Said they never got to charge it when i came to inquire. So they forfeited my car battery since I didnt pick it up on time. horrible customer service, my opinion
