Rick and Vinny run the best FedEx Kinko’s service anywhere. They always greet me and other customers with a smile, they are always tremendously helpful and most of all skilled to the rafters. I’m almost afraid to say just how good and pleasant they are because I have never had to wait in line for more than 2 minutes. I recently worked with them on a series of oversize prints where the colors had to be EXACT. They were absolutely perfect! And that is coming from a perfectionist artist. Other places just don’t compare. I am eternally grateful to these guys and I hope Kinko’s appreciates having such great employees.

Good and bad I have had them do a lot of small printing projects for me. Everything they have done has turned out well. They seem to know what they are doing and they are nice people. Prices on other merchandise, on the shelf, are really expensive. Fedex shipping is easy to do here. They seem to have a handle on it. This is also pretty expensive usually. THE BAD..I stopped in this morning at 7:45am. The doors were locked and the store was closed. The sign on the door indicates they open at 7:30 and website indicates the same. I would NEVER rely on them for anything important or time sensitive.

Michelle was very rude and loud attending to me today. I arrived the FedEx Onalaska office 8:10PM towards the end of the closing hour to print a research poster. She asks what seize do you want? Well, I am not great with measurement but I have a specification of 3 feet by 5 feet. My PowerPoint is configured 36 in by 48 in she disrepectfully tells me. I could not figure out the size until she brings out a tape to show the measurement. I was not satisfied with my experience toda. If I know of another print shop in town, I will try it out.

Gentlemen insisted that my package did not have enough packing around the item and tried to charge me $4 to stuff a bunch of paper around it. The item was being returned under the exact conditions that I received it and was shipped and delivered by fedex initially. I insisted that it was fine and refused to pay for the excessive packing material and the excessive charge for doing the unecessary task of stuffing it jam packed with paper. Ridiculous way of doing business.

NO ONE! AND I MEAN NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! 3 CALLS, ALL 30 PLUS MINUTES WAITING...... NEVER TALKED TO A SINGLE PERSON! IF WE CANT TRUST THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE, THEN, HOW CAN WE TRUST THEM TO DELIVER OUR VALUABLES..... WHAT A JOKE GO BROWN!

Ive used FedEx to ship a fair number of packages, including some larger packages and have had good luck with them. Youll pay a premium over USPS, but the insurance and detailed tracking information are worth it, in my opinion.

I have yet to actually pick up the items, but they called with questions about my order. She was very nice, and very helpful. I look forward to seeing the results - and if all is well, Ill defiantly return!

Staff is always very friendly! They turn around my print orders super fast and always are ready to assist with any questions I may have. Have never had a bad experience here!

They may have a few items that can get your job done but good luck getting your job done in a timely fashion. Lack of communication is the biggest factor with this store.
