Worst service center ever. Went to the quick lane once and when I got home I found the skid plate on my truck hanging by only a couple of screws. Glad it didnt fly off on the highway. Emailed them to tell them the issue... no response or follow-up of any sort. I thought wed give it another try, called for an oil appointment, they said their Quick Lane is open and they dont take appointments... its first come first serve and they are open until 6. Had to take off work early to get there, drove 1/2 hour and arrived at 5:00. There was only one other car in the quick lane next to me, as I got out of my truck the Service person ran over and said they took in the last car and dont take anybody after 5.00. It was 5:02 when I got back in my truck to drive away in disgust. Thats their concept of customer service???? I couldnt believe they would tell a customer that and not tell you when you call on the phone they dont take customers after 5:00. I for certain will tell 10 people about this horrible service and would never think about purchasing anything from this dealership... especially if you would have to have service done there.

I had a tire blow out on my work truck on the highway. I limped into the dealer and was met by a friendly sales manager who quickly assigned a tech. The tech not only changed the tire in a flash but did a quick inspection to inform me of a monor issue to take care of when i had more time. The building is beautiful and clean, the people where nice and i still made it to work on time. Thanks witt!

Excellent service department, Great selection of vehicles, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and their vehicle prices were below most other competitors. if youre ready for a new vehicle with family Ford will provide you with the best options around. They have new vehicles and preowned that are actually clean and ready for a new owner. Thanks Witt!!

People were very friendly, but took woman who got there 10 min after us first. They didnt ask who was first, just took her first, and since they called her by her first name can only assume they knew her and thats why she got in first even though we were there before her.

Ive gotten to know the service guys quite well over the last year or two. Tremendous service and a strong desire to make sure I was happy as a customer. Very atypical of a dealership. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for any service. I highly recommend.

Fast friendly reliabled service. We broke down on our way camping tow truck was the re in 10 min back on the road in a rental in 30 min. Had our truck done ast noon when we pulled in on our way home. Unbelievable quality of service!!!!!

Very rude service at there sale basicaly told me I should buy our. Next vehicle at the dealership I work at waited around 10min for savanah to come out a plate on a vehicle for a test drive never came back to us. Very very unacceptable
