My husband and I just two weeks ago had crashed our truck. We were going through the hassle with the insurance company with the truck and we were already stressed out. Klein made things so easy with getting us a new vehicle. We had been shopping around for a vehicle when my brother reminded my husband and I that he had gotten his truck from KIein and had an awesome experience. That is when I started looking online for various different vehicles. We already knew that we wanted either a Chevy Trailblazer or a Dodge Journey of which was out of our price range so we went with the Trailblazer since it was in our price range. I had been in contact with Jason Klein who helped us with getting financing and things went great! After his hard work of putting us in with several different financing companies one came through for us, we got financed and two days later signed papers with both the financing company and Klein then got our truck! They are awesome at Klein! No pressure sales, very friendly, and extremely accommodating.

Jerry and Sharon We went for the 20 minute challenge on our used car and were shocked. According to the letter that was sent to us it sounded like we would get a great deal, more than we would think. The letter said bring in your used car and see what it,s worth. We went to the dealership and after our car was put in the system they came up with $200.00!! I asked him if this was a joke. He said no that it was only worth $200.00. We expected in the $3000.00 range. If you get a letter from Klein, through it away, its a waste of time and we never did get our free oil change as was promised. Not too happy with our local dealer. I guess that is why we go out of town to get our car.

I went to Kleins to pick out a new vehicle and Kurt took the time to show me all the vehicles they had to offer. I really liked the Jeep and Kurt let me test drive a variety of Jeeps before I decided I really like the Cherokee. Before I even decided I wanted to lease the vehicle I did, Rick and Randal were working on getting me the best numbers possible. Everyone during the process was super friendly and the paperwork side of things with Randal went super smoothly. He explained everything to me until I was satisfied. My overall experience at Kleins has been exceptional. I will continue to service and get my vehicles from Kleins. Keep up the great work.

Called in on an older Dodge vehicle about whether the clockspring was still under warranty. They treated me very kindly on the phone and made me feel like I was under no pressure. Turns out I got a free warranty job done and the whole experience went flawlessly. The main repair office guy there (name starts with "A") was top notch and very professional. I wouldnt hesitate to have things done there again. I hated dealerships in the past (high costs, arrogant people, pressured into things), but these guys are really good people. I really hope the other dealerships have a look at how well Dodge Klein operates and learn from them.

Jim saw a 2014 Town & Chrysler in the showroom on 12/30/2014- in the morning. In the afternoon we went back and within 1 hour we were shaking hands with Matt and Rick. The negotiations went VERY smoothly and satisfactorily! The service department gentleman even helped. The friendly staff and smiles were very appreciated. The vehicle is everything we did not even know we wanted until I sat in the vehicle. We were not even thinking about buying a new vehicle- but could not turn down the awesome trade-in price and the incentives available. I would strongly recommend Kleins to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Last Friday while passing through Clintonville in transit to Minocqua to go snowmobiling my Chevy dually broke down. On Saturday AM without an appointment I limped my truck into the service department at Klein Chevrolet. My expectations were low until i met Jim Tennie the service manager. Jim was understanding and caring and got right down to business solving my problem. Within two hours my truck was fixed and I was back on the road and on the trails by 1PM that afternoon. Bravo Jim and Klein Chevrolet. Your service is superb!

The service was incredible, the car we purchased is doing great, the pricing was the best in a very wide range of shopping. We looked from Milwaukee to Marinette for a Nissan Murano. Klein had the best pricing and NO haggling or "Let me check with my manager." stories. I would come back to them without a doubt! In search of a dependable used vehicle for our teen we found cars at Kleins in excellent condition and with competitive prices. Our sales rep was excellent--not pushy but knowledgeable and a good listener. The actual sales process was easy. We didnt feel pressured as much as pursued and felt the final sale agreement was well within our expectations. Overall a comfortable experience.
