We found the right vehicle for us and Payton was excellent! They should have more than 1 person taking care of financing vs. all the guys standing around doing nothing. We ended up leaving at 8:45pm and come back the next day as my husband had to be at work by 4am and needed to get some sleep. We let them this more than an hour 1/2 prior to walking out. They kept telling us your next, soon, 15 more minutes, etc. please save the excuses and align work staff a little better. We also purchased the paint and interior protection. Made the appointment and patiently waited for it to be done. On the way home I discovered the interior was never done. Later told they did the wrong vehicle. What? How? Ugh, needed to set up yet another time to take it back in to have that done. Again, save the excuses and get the job done right the first time Good dealership just needs to tweak some of their processes.

Worked with josh over in the Chevy department. I took my wife there since I bought my Cruze a couple years ago from there. It was for my wifes Mothers Day gift. As soon as I got there josh was there ready to help. I told him exactly what I needed from price to size to all the good stuff. He did what he needed to but did not come off at all like a hardcore sales person, he was more personable than salesy. He showed us one vehicle and my wife test drove it and loved it from the start. I told josh exactly where I need my payments to be he did what he could and got my pretty much at my requirement. Gary Lang and josh were both great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Theyre doing something right because this dealership is huge

Levi was very upbeat and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable with him and he seemed to really want to help us make this purchase work for us. He smiled often and that is important. I felt that I could trust what he told us. He really helped us understand each step of the process. There was a clear break down of what we were spending. They gave us a very generous deal and we got even more than we expected. There were great incentives and sales and we received a more than fair trade in price. I didnt feel pressured, but more that they would go the distance to get our business. I was very pleased . He made it a painless and problem free transaction for us. Joe, Dan, Ed and Jerry were very helpful when it came to finding our first brand new car, 2017 Kia Sorento SX AWD. They were all patient, respectful and willing to do whatever to make us happy customers. My husband and I took our time finding our SUV and did some research before we bought our vehicle. Joe, Dan, Ed and Jerry understood where we were coming from and never once rushed us. All the other dealerships we went to did the typical trying to scam the customers and get whatever they can out of you. We went to about 8 other dealerships and Gary Lang was by far the best in price, customer service and great other incentives. I would 100% recommend Gary Lang and they also have good coffee!!! :-)

My wife and I came to Gary Lang for a specific used vehicle we found online. Levi was our salesman and provided us with a wonderful experience. He helped us feel comfortable and was not overbearing. Since we were not ready to buy the day of our test drive my wife and I dreaded the guilting and other pushy tactics that sometimes follow... but Levi never made us feel bad or uncomfortable for not making a purchase that day. Ultimately, Levi stayed in contact with us via email and my wife and I ended up making our purchase with him less than a week later. We had one of the most satisfying car buying experiences ever at Gary Lang. We especially like how Josh Lass went overboard to accommodate us in every way. Our satisfaction was his main concern and we felt it. It seems funny to say but we cant wait to buy our next car from Gary Lang. We received out standing and friendly communication from everyone. I want to also thanks Nancy in service for remembering us as we and our kids purchased at least 1/2 a dozen vehicles from Gary Lang. As usual, Gary Lang exceeds my expectations. I was able to schedule, and then push back my time via the online app which is so helpful. In the Service Department - Luke engaged me as he always does - friendly, professional, informative. I really like his style. Good man. Needed an oil change and the ten point check. He found a little side parking light out - and because my vehicle was Certified - only had to pay for the bulb. Luke kept me informed, especially when it went over a few minutes from the expected time. I received a text message about the time too, and the invoice that way. Convenient. Great place to own a vehicle from! Thanks!

Gary Lang has been wonderful since Ive bought my Cadillac Escalade. The customer service I get from the service department and front desk are both fantastic. I was advised to get a couple of services done from another dealer whom which I purchased my vehicle from, but the people from Gary Lang was honest enough to tell me that it wasnt a major issue, and that I could hold off. For the work they did perform, they did an awesome job and kept me informed and updated on everything until the work was completed. They are very professional, shows experience & are very courteous. What a great experience. Wow. Just wow. Jesse Cocanig is the best salesmen possibly in the whole world, and hes DEVILISHLY handsome! My goodness. No words can describe how helpful he was. His manager Matt Douvikas was also a gigantic help. Not as much of a looker as Jesse but very wise and helpful. THANK YOU JESSE AND MATT! My sales man Josh Lass is probably the most helpful caring sales guy i have ever met. He truly cares about your situation and not just there to get the commission. he really makes buying a car unstressfull. Even after you buy it he checks up to see how you are doing and how you are liking the car. I would highly recommend him for car buying experiences. Also the man that helps him with the banking side is also an awesome person. He truly cares and helps as much as he can. i give props to both of them for helping so many people.
