After reading all the reviews about AAC i decided i would give them a try. I am a college student who needed work done on my car and i wanted to go to a trusted mechanic so i looked up all kinds of reviews on different places and after seeing how many good reviews AAC got i decided i would call them and make an appointment. First they got me in next day which was awesome. Second i had classes that day so i needed a vehicle to get to classes after dropping mine off and they let me use one to get to classes which again was great. So i told them when i got there that i was just trying to make this vehicle last till i could graduate college so i dont want to put a lot of money into it. They took my car in diagnosed the problem which was bad brakes and fixed them for a reasonable price. They also thoroughly looked over my entire vehicle and gave me a detailed report on things that can be fixed. They also signed me up for there customer care program for free which is really a cool concept coming from an auto shop. Needless to say i highly recommend this auto shop. I will be going back for future issues. Thank you AAC for the work you did and helping a college kid keep his car running enough to get to school and back i appreciate it!!

My experience at Advanced Auto Clinic was excellent. During the routine check-up, they found and fixed a problem that would have cost me a lot more had it gone out on me in the parking structure at work. When I got in to go home, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Andrew had even fixed the time on the clock! It had been an hour off since the time change and I had not taken the time to figure out how to change it. To me, this extra effort showed that he cares about making the customer happy. Thank you, Andrew. I am so glad that I found this place. It is hard to find mechanics who are hard-working, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest! I now feel at ease knowing that I have a reliable vehicle to get me to work during this hard winter and excellent mechanics to make sure of that! I would recommend this place to everyone I like.

Their exemplary customer service standards as well as the highly effective and personable level of communication between the staff and customers are above average. Team members are very knowledgeable and thorough in everything from initial inspection to explaining in detail the diagnostics, repair options, and cost breakdown every step of the way. Their shuttle service adds valuable convenience to their already hassle-free approach in service delivery. I have been to the shop on three occasions and have left each time impressed with their level of expertise and confident in returning for future repairs.

I have had three of my personal vehicles serviced here for years and have always been treated fairly, respected and friendly. Advanced Auto has always cared for my vehicles professionally and have pointed out things that may need attention but never pressured to get them done. I have also had my daughters cars and I have four of them serviced here as well. Tony has always been forth right and up front with the needs of my vehicles and provided excellent service. He is very honest and knowledgeable. I have never had any trouble making an appointment even when given short notice. They have always performed the service needed in a very timely fashion. Another great review for Advanced Auto Clinic in Delavan, WI. Thank you very much for your help and service! My old car has not run this well in a very long time. They have top quality service and are extremely timely - next day ready. They were incredibly kind in personality and on my wallet. My car broke down on a Sunday on my way to Beloit. While waiting for a tow truck, my wife looked up the nearest auto repair. We found AAC, read the numerous wonderful reviews and decided to take the other customers advice. I am very glad I did. I will go out of my way to take my car to AAC for any further repairs. They truly have a passion for their work and helping everyone to their utmost capacity, explaining every problem, and process along the way. Thanks again!

Service was good, pricing was fair, and they gave me a full inspection report beyond what I had requested, which is nice. I got a free bag of animal crackers, which is very nice! One downside: this firm is annoyingly obsessed with getting feedback. I received several e-mails and phone calls after my service asking for me to provide feedback or leave a review. The amount that Advanced Auto Clinic in Delavan bothers me with this request feels like overkill. The last e-mail I got did not have an "unsubscribe" button on the bottom, so I dont even have the option to stop receiving them, unless I set it up to send it to the junk mail folder. AAC is like an insecure girlfriend, demanding validation from its customers.

I went to Advanced Auto Clinic to get my stereo fixed after reading all of the great reviews on here and I have to say, it is 120% true. The staff at Advanced Auto are all very friendly, personable, thorough, very reasonably priced, and they want the best for you/your vehicle...unlike most autoshops who are just looking to squeeze more money out of you any way they can. The guys were great! When I came to get my Toyota, they had already enrolled me in their customer care program; not to mention when I went to get in my Toyota to leave, they left me a bag of treats on the dashboard :) Ive definitely found the ONLY shop that I will be taking my Toyota to for any future needs/repairs. Thanks so much again guys!!!

I heard great things about Advanced Auto Clinic, and my son highly recommended that I check them out. I am so glad I did! Even though I only had an oil change, they thoroughly reviewed my car and even had pictures with their summary! I wanted a true partner for my car care, and feel like I am in competent, quality hands with Advanced Auto. I forgot that I needed new wipers, but they asked if I wanted some, and I got great winter wipers installed quickly while I waited. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a true automotive center that can handle anything from routine maintenance to complicated repairs. (Plus they have a very nice waiting area and free snacks and coffee!)

You can feel comfortable entrusting them to do a great job on your car, get a complete understanding of whats going on with your car, 100% care free worries about your vehicle, in other words ............. I have found a place to take my van where I know I am getting trustworthy service in every aspect from my wipers to an emergency brake problem. I would not hesitate to use them for everything you could need for your car. I have even called them from out of town when I had a problem and my file was pulled up and I explained my problem and over the phone he told me what to do and it worked! Now hows that for service!! I would not go anywhere else. They have been a Godsent for me!!
