As a woman, I felt the customer service was dismissive and impatient. Even though I wanted to spend money, that day, on mid to higher level tire replacement, I was met with a gentleman on the phone who was obviously not interested in helping me to understand my purchase. There was an obvious tone of disinterest. Too bad. Lost hundreds now and in future. Made a second phone call. Lucky for me. Went with Matthews and could not be happier. They took the time and education necessary to help me make an appropriate purchase. I will recommend them highly in the future. And let me tell you, I will spread the word!
