Have time Be Flexible and expect Fees had a Great deal... 20$ for oil, wiper change, and service vehicle. they also had their other fees that made the deal $29 after Tax, I like to know what the price will be after all the fees... or I dont buy.. anyways I needed an oil change and it was a decent price with the wipers.. I had a 10 AM appointment, I arrived 5 min late. The attendant was on the phone and told me to wait, so I did, I had my little son along and when he waited on me he informed me that it would be 45 min to have it done, What? Yes they are not a quicky lube they are a service center. they said i could shop at the shopping centers across the road... there are no crossing or sidewalks to walk, so we jaywalked across the road to do some shopping with my 2 year old son. it was a nice day out. we got back from shopping and it was 10:55 he said it was going to be another 10-15 min since he didnt get the car started until 10:20 my car has been dieing on me and not sure why, I asked him about my bad battery and he said that their battery checker wasnt working ... I said well what kind of warranty is there on the service preformed on what I had paid for? and he said if your not satisfied with the work there are other places to do business at.

I got a flyer in the mail & scheduled an oil change online. No one ever called me & I went to the shop @ the 11am time. The place had no vehicles outside & the place looked closed with the open sign off. I went inside & there were no customers waiting. I stated I made an online appointment & was told "their email doesnt work". Did any one call you?" I said no. The employee then said we have no time until Wednesday afternoon just drop it off Wednesday. I told him Im off today, not Wednesday. He claimed there was no time to do it today. Really? The employee never asked for my information. I asked how did I have an appointment for Wednesday if he didnt have my info?! "Oh we get that when u do it off." Yeah right! What is the purpose of making an appointment when you dont honor it making b.s. excuses? They didnt want to work bottom line. Then come in Wednesday without an appointment and I will be fine?! Yeah right. Totally blew me off. I cant believe a business with this type of customer service is in business. Im sure they will be out of business soon.

My name is Colleen, and on 6/21/2017 I was on my way from Milwaukee to Ripon, WI for work. My tire signal went on and I stopped in Fond du Lac only to discover that I ran over a one inch piece of metal and my tire was almost flat. I drove to the Carx location on Rolling Meadows Road and spoke with Anthony Beltran. They were very busy which attests to their service commitment . Anthony indicated the tire could not be repaired. He offered to put on my spare and get me on the road back to work. Within 15 minutes he had the tire changed out and had me on my way. I offered to pay and he said "Just get to work and have a great day." I was so appreciative for his service which went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I have experienced from other service centers. Thank-you so much Anthony and Carx. :)

Sorry to say it they over charge on things I had a wiper blade linkage break on me so I took it in to see how much it would cost me and they told be it would be over $450 to fix it is said no that is too much so I went online to see for the part I got 1 for $32 and free shipping from California took a week to get it and put it in took about 3 to 4 hours to put it in but it works good now didnt have a problem with it yet and they wanted to charge me over $450 dollars when I did it myself with a little help though and only spent $32.

Purchased tires from tire buyer. Mounting price was given three different prices. They broke a wheel stud. Didnt offer to replace it. Now a month later I have a warped rotor. Went to take tires of and required me to use a 36" breaker bar. Never again will I go to Car-X and will never recommend anyone to them. Warped clearly cause by overtightened wheel studs. Poor service and are not qualified to even complete a simple tire change. Very disappointed.

4 Bolts = $468.81 Find someone else to work on your vehicle unless your rich!!!!!!!!!! The manger, as well accused me of threatening him, and acted like a jerk; refusing to deal with me, and telling me to take it up with corporate. Thanks for the rip off Car-X never again, and I recommend any other place to have your vehicle repaired!!!!!!!!!!

Took my car there for a oil change a couple moths ago we were iin state cause my mom was very sick, so didnt wanna do it ourselfs. We are due for another oil change went to go take out oil plus and its so tight in there we cant even turn it now its leaking from being ob so tight

Awesome place to take your car for all your needs. Went in for a wheel alignment, turns out we didnt need alignment and wasnt charged. Great place! Last minute appointment on Saturday, very friendly staff. If I am back in town, would definitely bring my car here again.

I always take my car here. The guys are pretty quick and opening at 7am is a huge plus for me. Also when I had an issue with my previous vehicle they caught it and saved me a bunch of money since it was still covered by warranty for another month.
