Very very poor. I brought my car into have one tire replaced and to locate a leak on another both tires were on the drivers side of the car. While waiting I was surfing the web on my phone passing time. I glanced up and noticed that they had taken my passenger side rear tire off which did not have an issue. The service writer had written the job up incorrectly. They installed the last kit for the valve stem they had in the shop on a good tire. 90 minutes later after. I was finally on my way but then I noticed my TPMS light was on. They did not inflat the tires to th e proper pressure. They corrected them and finally I was gone. 12 hours later the TPMS light is back on. I checked the tire pressures and upon checking the right rear I discovered the stem was loose and leaking air. Do not go to this shop they are incompetent fools.

Paramount Skates

Had work done on my vehicle there and was questioning the price of repairs. Walked into shop and simply asked for a work order and if each service could be explained to me that was preformed on the vehicle. The owner Don, gets aggressive with me and took some low blows that were completely unprofessional. Even when a customer gets loud (which I did not), management should never treat a customer the way I was treated. He did apologize, I was just in shock from the experience. I had no intentions of disputing charges, just calmly asked for the description of the work that was done.

I had the best experience after dealing with a monster at havoline in fox lake on rt 12. He tried up selling me on my car for an oil change and as soon as i said i was coming to merlin he stood infront of the doorway and said he would give me a discount because he didnt want me dealing with merlin at all and basged them. Well sweetie i chose Merlin and glad i did. Everyone is so friendly and happy and not rude and not spacey its great. The place is very well swept and clean the only mess they have is my car there changing the oil on

These guys are very fair and honest. Theyll even allow you to purchase your own parts & install them for you. Don, the owner, is a reasonable person. Been taking my cars here for 10 years +. Highly recommended!

If you can buy your own oil then you should know how to do it yourself. Just saying. Guys were great very helpful didnt suggest a bunch of needless things just great service.

They cant even properly weld a muffler and they do not stand behind there repairs.. hopefully this helps someone else from getting ripped off
