For most of a hundred years used car sales people have been characterized as unscrupulous , crooked, con people, lying , cheating , bait and switch sob s, and many more things! I listened on line to the owner say how great his dealership is! BUT! After searching online I found a 2006 Lexus 330 at your dealership. I called on this Monday and talked to Shauna, she was helpful and we setup an appointment to tryout the vehicle on Wednesday afternoon, I was going to bring a mechanic along to check vehicle out, dont want to fall victim to a lemon! My mechanic informed me today he could make it today instead , I called the dealership a was told by a lady that Shauna was away from the dealership but she would handle the situation and have the vehicle ready for me to drive. She asked when I would be there and I answered that we were coming from over 90 miles away and should be there close to 7:30. When we arrived the vehicle was outsde the building , but to my dismay there was a couple getting out of it. We asked if we could drive the vehicle and were told that the couple was in the process of purchasing it. When we questioned what the heck was going on! We were greeted with dumb founded looks and no explanations. Once again! We were told that the vehicle would be there for me to drive and we had traveled close to 100 miles to do so! We were then directed to a different vehicle that had a dead battery and showed extensive wear throught out. I was informed that your company would fill my fuel tank for my troubles. Really? My son had purchased a Chevy truck from your dealership last year. He purchases a vehicle every 2 years. I ve informed him of my experience ! He wont be back! In 46 years of buying vehicles I ve had a few bad experiences, but absolutely nothing close to the embarrassment and insult that experienced in your dealership today! Apparently the big promo that the owner brags about on the website doesnt transcend down through company. Fyi I had to cover the mechanics wages for 4 1/2 hours. And from my experience today your company has lived down to the old reputation of used car sales people.

Salesperson: Sam Voss Vehicle Purchased: 2015 Mazda 6 I Touring Purchase Car Date: 1-16-2017 Review: Ive known Sam since last year summer. Nice guy, easy going, no pressure or forcing you to sell just showing you their vehicles, nothing more. I walked out smiling knowing that I got more information than I expected without the awkward feeling of other dealerships such as Russ Darrow. I will always remember that awkward feeling when I hear and see the word Russ Darrow. Pros: I saw the 2015 Mazda 6 that was equip all the grand touring luxurious package without going to the grand touring model. Really rare so I jumped on it first thing. Called and requested Sam because I know him from window shopping a few times. I donated my old car to my little brother and another younger brother dropped me off at Holiday Automotive. I said to Sam, "I will be buying a car otherwise you will be taking me home". Sure enough after test driving the car and being married for 6 years, I know that the car will be a great match for my wife.I could not take pictures because it was too dark outside. Back to Sam, he was honest, down to earth, respected my opinions, if he didnt have an answer he was comfortable with he knows who to find for the answer. I had a pleasure being there. Nobody gave me a attitude problem. I got my car and I walked to the vehicle and drove it home. The place is so easy going that honestly, I felt like I was the one slowing them down (Being humble). Cons that is not really a con but more of me nagging: - The only thing I would like Holiday Automotive to do is to allow their employees to take us out for lunch/dinner (Holiday Automotive expense not their salespersons expense) after we purchase the vehicle. I think that will boost customer satisfaction even more!

I have always been a loyal Toyota owner. I decided to try a Mazda due receiving such great service from the Holiday body shop. I hit two deer in two separate accidents the second of which totaled the car. Both experiences with the body shop were unbelievable…. Good enough to try a new brand of car. I purchased a 2015 Mazda and again I was very happy with the sales team. Why the three starts? Mazda service consultants needs some work. After having 300 miles on the car I started to have a warning light activation, not a huge concern it happens. I called to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and the service consultant told me to just bring it in anytime. I did the next day; the same guy seemed upset with me because I did not have an appointment. He acted overwhelmed with by me coming in when I did. He even commented to a customer how he was behind because I brought my vehicle in unexpectedly. Unacceptable! We all have bad days so I brushed it off. One week later the same warning light came on. I called to make an appointment and was directed to the same consultant’s voice mail. I left a message requesting a call back. Three hours later nothing, so I called again. I spoke to the consultant to set up an appointment and he was short with me again. I was attempting to explain my concern for having the same warning light come on and he didnt care. Customer service is what brought me to Holiday. How did this guy end up on their team I’m not sure? It’s enough to sour my entire experience. It should be noted the actual service to the car was fine.

I knew Holiday Automotive had the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase. It met every pre-requisite I had on my wish list. I live 124 miles away, but I did a thorough research of not only the vehicle, but the dealership as well. It seemed like a perfect storm...the car of my dreams along with a well-respected, honest establishment. I drove the 124 miles, and I was not disappointed. The car was perfect and so was the sales person, Tim Vande Zande. He was friendly, helpful, and an excellent listener. His warm, humorous personality made it easy for me to relax and trust. I tested him a little, too, making him Blue Book the vehicle in front of me, listen to stories about my 5 amazing grandchildren, and I even showed him a video of my grandson pitching. He genuinely seemed to enjoy it all, at least he made me feel like he did. I felt like Id made a new friend when I left that happened to sell me a car. Pressure-free, relaxed experience from a trustworthy dealership and their employee, Tim Vande Zande.

This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership. Holiday came highly recommended to me from coworkers and friends. I purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Golf TDI. They had very straight forward pricing the manager put aside the car I wanted for me to come see it. I took it for a drive and loved it so when I came back I signed papers right away. Sarah that worked with me was very helpful and efficient. A few days after purchase sales manager Nick Faymonville followed up with me. I had some concerns that he went above and beyond to take care of for me. Well done Holiday Mazda, you have earned my return business and I have been telling others of my wonderful experience with you. Truly how a dealership should be. A++ I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check out Holiday. They are worth the drive.
