My wife and I bought a certified Toyota Sienna 2014 with 24,000 miles with a full warranty. We had a good sales process with Ryan Lyle. During the 30,000 mile warranty service at a dealership closer to my house, it was discovered that, the alignment weights that were put on the back wheel were incorrect as it begun to rub on the brake assembly adn cause a whooping noise. The Service Department that fixed the issue asked that I send bill ( $68.90) to St. Charles Toyota. The initial call and follow up with the service department was pleasant. Subsequent follow up since 10/1/16 have been a disaster. I have spoken to several service managers and none are around to answer any call or take responsibility on getting reimbursed. I spoke to Charles an assistant service manager who was extremely rude to me, asking me why I had not returned the vehicle within two weeks. I explained that the noise was only discovered after the wheel alignment and rotation had been done at 30K miles during the mandatory service. He did not care. He just treated me like an idiot. I have escalated this to Toyota Corporate and still waiting to hear back from Phil the service manager and his rude assistant. I am extremely disappointed at this turn of events as I have owned several Toyota products: Camry 92, Avalon 06 and Sienna 14.if I dont change my mind I might purchase a highlander in the future. This has warped my perception of Toyota and will look somewhere else in the future. ---- The business refunded the $68.90 as of 11/2/2016.

Just bought a 2014 Toyota Tacoma 2 weeks ago and was told that EVERYTHING was checked out by the mechanics and it had no known issues. Paid almost $1,400 extra for their 7 yr./100,000 mile warranty. Just found out from Toyota of Naperville that the battery needs to be replaced after I brought it in because it was taking too long to start up. The Toyota dealership in Naperville said that if I called St Charles theyd most likely take care of the issue since I literally just bought it and was told that it had no issues. NOPE. Talked to some idiot named Izzy who was one of the most unprofessional people Ive ever dealt with. He kept saying that if I took the time to go out there and have their mechanics check it out that hed "see what they could do", but he couldnt tell me over the phone if theyd be able to give me any kind of discount or free service. THE BATTERY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. Why cant you tell me RIGHT NOW what you can do for me?! Im not gonna drive 50 minutes there and then 50 minutes back if youre going to charge me the same amount as Toyota of Naperville. After buying through the sales person, Derek, I felt we would buy from there again. NOT NOW. You just lost thousands of dollars in future sales from me and my family because of an $80 battery. Never buying from there again. Ive never written a 1 star review about any business before, but this was one of the worst experiences so it warranted it.

I had a horrible experience at this dealer. Like Sarah Hs experience, I brought my car in for service and due to negligence St Charles Toyota created a whole problem. I went in with three lights on on my dash. They ran diagnostics, did an oil change and some recall work on the rear suspension. They did not have the part to fix my original issue so they ordered it and sent me on my way. When I left I had FIVE warning lights on. Since my part was due in in the next day or two I figured Id let them know when I came back. When I got to my next appointment they found the new problem but wouldnt take responsibility for it. I insisted they fix it no charge and ended up being asked into a side office. I was basically interrogated like a common criminal and put on the defensive. They gave me $50 off of the new $400 repair. Over the next few days I talked to the Toyota National Hotline, another Toyota dealers service manager, and an online Toyota mechanic w 30 years of experience. They all said the same thing, St Charles Toyota (specifically RON B the service mgr) is being dishonest with you! I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!

I was looking to trade in my clunker for something with good gas mileage and affordable. I had been looking at the compact models of several different brands of cars and had done some test driving at dealerships when I found a 2011 Corolla that was being offered for a good price. I called to ask if there was a catch in the price- the catch luckily was that the price included the recent college graduate credit Toyota gives, which I was lucky enough to qualify for! I went to test drive the car. I had test driven some Fords and Chevys at dealerships in the West Burbs and it was kind of impersonal. They were extremely helpful and friendly at this dealership and made me feel comfortable during the experience. I ended up buying a new car that night and they stayed almost till midnight to help me finalize my transaction! They also went up on the price of my trade in. I was impressed with customer service as well as the selection and competitive pricing of vehicles. Also, when I went to get some extras installed into my new car, they were fast and efficient with my rental car and I had a pleasant experience. I would recommend!!!

This dealer sold me an extended warranty 4 years ago with the promise that if it was not used that I would receive a rebate of $1,000 at the end of the warranty. The company issuing insurance on the warranties went out of business. So now the dealer refuses any responsibility. I would not have bought the warranty if I had known that this could happen and my money would not be rebated. When I went in to ask them about the warranty they didnt even ask my name and gave me a story about how they were affected too. They didnt offer any solution or good will for a loyal customer. I was never even contacted that this warranty company had gone out of business last year. My immediate family has purchased 3 cars and my extended family has also purchased from this dealer. We have our cars serviced here regularly. The terrible customer service offered by the owners son and two other employees as well as the discovery of these scam warranties they push on customers is deplorable. I will take my business and my familys business elsewhere.

When my 95 Camry was totaled last week I needed to find a replacement. Insurance was fair in giving me the old cars value. So what do I buy? I first looked around for something similar, but finally accepted the fact that I should buy something much newer. Family had recently purchased a new car here and they were pleased with the entire sales process. I called and talked with Rob Lyle. He very patiently went over what this dealer had in stock and what type of purchasing options I had. To keep this review short, today I purchased a 2008 Camry LE with 25,000 miles. I found the price to be very competitive and the folks at this dealership were friendly and helpful. I recommend this dealership.

I have bought a used Certified Toyota Camry from this dealership. I have worked with Jeff and Rich. Before making the payment I requested requested Jeff to fix the window moldings. He said it has been taken care of. Once I drove the car from the lot, they are not fixed. Instead of replacing the damaged parts they glued it so that it will look fix. The car that I purchased has a problem with brakes too. Jeff and Rich dont speak the truth. They are not honest. Their service is poor. They are not cooperative. They want you to buy the car ASAP. I will not recommend them to do any kind of business. Please look for any other Toyota dealership in town. Thanks.
