So I had a horrible sound coming from my front passenger side brakes. My husband is a mechanic but he was out of town. I called around looking for a free brake inspection. John Graziano at CarX volunteered right away. He was gracious and kind, even showing me where my brakes were bad and why they needed replacing right away. He didnt mind me on the phone with my husband talking me through the repair. He was even gracious about it when I told him I wanted to take my old brakes and rotors home so my husband could see them. Turns out they were pretty bad. I was so relieved to be treated fairly, honestly and with patience. Thanks, John!

Told me nothing was wrong with my car, now a few months later my engine overheated and nearly left us stranded on the road, even though we had suspected it was a cooling problem at the time. Not to mention the best part, they lifted it on their lift to high and smashed my rear moonroof and left a large dent across the roof of my suv and didnt bother to tell me about it, noticed it about an hour after leaving while getting something out of the back of my car, while they did pay for the repairs in the end, they tried to deny it at first.

The manager Jeff is a great guy, hes extremely knowledgeable about his profession and knows what he is doing. The crazy thing is when someone is this smart they are usually awkward and stay away from the front desk, not this guy though. Hes friendly as can be and is hilarious! never did I have a good time getting my car repaired, which is usually akin to going to the dentist. Brian isnt half bad either for a young guy. If you want a quick cheap easy and possibly entertaining alternative to automotive repair look no further.

Horrible. Dont bother making an appointment. Called at 3:30 pm for 5pm. Guy said sure. Came in and they told me there booked solid. Dont waste your time.

Friendly staff, alright prices. The mechanic was nice showed me what was wrong and compared prices for me. That labor fee tho, 95$ gahdam
