I Had A 12:30 Appointment For A Transmission Fluid Flush, Transmission Screen Cleaning, And Transmission Filter Change. The Appointment Was Set Up In The Shop 2 Days Prior. I Got To My Appointment On Time, And My Car Wasnt Even Touched For 30 Minutes. Then Once It Was Brought Inside, It Was Untouched Again For Another 20-30 Minutes. I Was Gonna Wait Because Nobody Said It Was Going To Take X Amount Of Time, So I Assumed An Hour, Hour And A Half Tops. 4 HOURS LATER, I Get An "Im Sorry For The Wait". One Guy Said Half Way Through That Hed Make Sure Hed Put A "Good Discount" For The Wait, The Guy Who Rang Me Up Gave Me A 10% Discount, Which Anyone And Their Grandmother Could Get Just By Visiting The Website...Pep Boys Burned Me Once, Remedied The Problem, But Then Decided To Burn Me Again...Never Again! Do Not Go To This Shop Or The One In Fox River Grove!

Last week my sons car broke down at work and I was looking around for a towing company to take it to a mechanic. Someone at work said Pep Boys has a service that will do that so I looked into it. Not only was the tow very reasonable, their service was great too. Since they have many locations they were able to get the car towed not too far from my sons work. Their associate, John, was very helpful and professional. He called to give me updates on the car and he was very informative and put me at ease. The car runs great and the service price was great as well. Thanks John and Pep Boys!!!

Awesome and superb service from MAGDA! Every time I walk into this store they are always beyond busy, yet they have the patience to look up parts and give me competitive quotes. Car was in desperate need of an alignment. Picked up a couple quotes from local repair chains which also include their list of other highly recommended work. Decided to try Pep Boys; glad I did. Scott explained their inspection process and required work up front. Got the alignment at a very affordable price. Nice Job Pep Boys!
