We were Charter customers for almost a decade and have had no complaints with the company as a whole. In fact, whenever we call, the service reps on the phone have always been so cordial and helpful. However, the reps at this particular office location were nearly useless for our needs. We had to visit this office for equipment returns on multiple occassions, and, each time, the Charter representatives customer service was negligible at best. To provide a couple examples...once, we went to inquire about rented equipment, and the women there appeared disinterested and even bothered by us being there and simply repeated "Youll have to call customer service" to each of my inquiries. Another occasion, we arrived at the office shortly before closing time to drop off some rented equipment. Despite it not yet being closing time, they had already locked the doors but were still sitting at the counter. When we said through the door that we simply needed to drop off the modem we held up to them in our hands, they just looked smugly at each other, essentially waved us away, and mouthed to "come back tomorrow". We have always been so complimentary of Charters customer service, but the women at this particular office were not helpful at all. If you must do any business with Charter, we recommend trying another office or calling the customer service number. We would avoid this office altogether, if possible.
