I had an appointment scheduled that was canceled by voice-mail, their reason was that I did not confirm the appointment. I arrived home 30 minutes before the appointment and saw the technician across the street in a charter van. They then drove away and did not return, after calling back in I was disregarded. This company ruined my day off with their games, after providing poor quality television. I wish there was an alternative internet provider in town so I would not have to give them any money at all.

I received zero help from the receptionist. Some people just casually say that when it isnt true, but she literally did NOTHING to help us. We have had ongoing problems for 2 years which for some reason cant be resolved, and had a simple question for the lady who couldnt answer it and provided nothing in the form of help or guidance. The lady treated us like we were doing something wrong by coming in there and trying to gather information. One encounter has me ready to drop charter altogether.

Very rude service, they threaten to call the cops on me after yelling at me saying i didnt make my payment, when they didnt put it in right but they blamed me for their mistake......

Just no. Nonstop junk mail. Overpriced service that goes out too often. For the 700th time, I dont want to bundle. Wish Google Fiber was an option. Lol

weve had no problem since we have had it and weve had charter for 3 years. the only thing we dont like is the way they set up there channel packages.
