Internet keeps going out, technician never grounded our cables wire and lightning burnt out my cable modem and router also burnt out my neighbor TV due to the Same reasoning. When ask for assistance they said they I should of have renters insurance smh. Their Internet keeps going in and out and I have to constantly unplug the modem and when I brought this to their attention the said its my router smh well I told them I have a dual band netgear router thats brand new so the sent someone to my house. Needless to say when the technician came to my house everything was working properly for about a week and the problem started all over again smh. Cant wait for a better option to serve our town because Im tired of getting robbed. Also they dont reimburse you for the days the town losses service, just look forward to chop it up as a loss even though you paid for services for that month smh. Hey if you are lucky they might say download the speed test from OOkla and then you can respond with my Internet is not working LMAO.

TV Cable Company (AndyCable) was sold off to Medicom in February of 2017. Andy Cable spent decades dragging their feet on upgrading any infrastructure. Medicom promised to fully upgrade the service within a few months and provide broadband speeds, but has not delivered on that promise. The prices are ridiculous for the speeds given and the service quality is absolutely terrible. Constant outages and high levels of packet loss is "normal" for this service. Unfortunately, there are no good competitors in the area, so this company can continue to abuse their near monopoly on internet service. Only time will tell if Mediacom ever makes good on their promise to provide better service after the buyout, but for now, if you are able to get any other service, go with it. The lack of stability makes this company a terrible choice.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The absolute worst Internet service provider out there. The price is RIDICULOUS for the speed they are offering. CenturyLink offers *12mps for $35/month. With Andy cable Im paying $40/month for *3mps. Yes you read that right. And that is WITH the cable bundle, otherwise it would be even higher. The only reason I have Andy cable is because of my apartment building. I cannot wait to be rid of this company as soon as I move. No wonder Mediacom had to buy them out, lets hope they improve the failing company!

I had to switch to Andy cable when I moved recently and all the horror stories Ive been hearing are true. This is the absolute worst experience with a provider. I had CenturyLink for 4 years and NEVER had these issues. Sadly they dont provide the speed I need in my new neighborhood. I work from home and this constant up and down is interfering with my income. Maybe you should pro rate my bill for every hour I have to miss over this poor service. So far my bill would be free

But the thing is Mediacomm is milking the cow on andycable prices till the very last. I pay $125 for 20mbps and be good to get 9-10 down. I think that they should gives us a credit for over paying this last month

Very very terrible business having my speed reduced to 1.50 mbps whenever we pay for 8 mbps. Plus the internet is always messing up here and can never answer the phones for support or give a call back.

Andy Cable internet is a joke !!!!! When I called new call center I was talked to like dirt !!! Looks like were fixing to give someone else our business !!! Reminds me of old dial up internet !!!
