Internet stopped working this morning. I thought it was just an outage (since that happens with charter). After several hours called customer service only to find out my router stopped working. The rep told me they could bring me a new one tomorrow or I could drive 20 minutes to the store to get one. I asked for a credit to the account since this has taken away from work I needed to get done. She gives me 10.00 credit. Pretty sure I pay 110.00 a month for Internet and cable and 10.00 is not even pay for gas to the store. Horrible service.

I pay my bill on time every month.. never late. However, I have to deal with my channels going out once a week.....literally. The days my channels dont work, why cant I be credited? Charter Spectrum SUCKS!!!!! This should be your new slogan, "Charter Spectrum is dope.........until it AINT!!!" Have a blessed day.

Im paying for 60mbs download but it drops to UNDER 4 constantly. Charter is an absolutely horrible ISP. IF YOU LIVE IN TULLAHOMA DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH CHARTER. Im switching over to TUB ASAP and will write a review on it if it is better.

The reviews are all correct. I am paying $40 for "60 Mbps" speeds and it is usually around 2-3 Mbps. It is the worst internet I have ever used. Im actually going to cancel today.

Service is always going out. Report it but they cant do anything about it until they catch what the problem is, but they still expect you to pay. Taking my business else where.

Paying out the ass for the bundle cable is always freezing up and looking like blocks and it seems to only happen when its something you really wanna watch very disappointed
