We have 4 phone lines and internet. All service comes into our building via one brighthouse cable. Starting about 1 1/2 years ago our phone service starting having problems. When a customer would call we could see his caller phone number and hear him or her speak but he could hear nothing we said. Other businesses in our area had the same issue if Brighthouse was their provider. They were unable to fix this issue. After approximately 1 year, the situation changed again. Now those issues were less frequent but it takes up to 30-40 seconds for a call originated from our end after dialing the number to start ringing the called party or even make a connection. At times it exceeds one minute. We also experience internet down situations and connection problems and can only assume these telephone and internet issues go together. Based on Brighthouse inability to rectify issues in their system we are completely dissatisfied and have no confidence in their processes.

Their internet option is spectacular. I would give that five stars. Their cable service was good, but it was forced on me by the apartment complex. I also remember that there was a small hassle getting it connected. When I moved, they owed me money. When I pay, it is on time and immediate (autopay). When they pay, you have to wait for a check. Since I was moving out of the country, I dont know if I will ever get my money back. There weng another star for mediocre service.

Garbage product, customer support a damn joke. Every weekend on my only off day I have to watch the race at my neighbors on his u-verse because my service is constantly interrupted. I have paid them for 10 years, never late and they repay me by effing up my Sundays. Dont call because the idiot automated machine apparently cant understand english. Completely dissatisfied and hope they go out of business.

Definitely will be a wait, even at times you wouldnt expect people to be in line at the cable company. The line is worse than the renewal line at the courthouse, and moves as slowly. However when you do eventually get with an associate, they are friendly and helpful.

Terrible service. Nothing has ever worked as promised. When you call in they have the audacity to act as if their failures are your fault. We have begged them to come to our house and waited here multiple times and been stood up.

Spectrum now. Staff has always been helpful and fast, but they can get crowded. Internet service can be spotty. Had a limb fall and sever the line, dude was out the next day and fixed it in 20 minutes.

Had to wait in line, but staff was very apologetic and friendly. Very easy to turn in cable boxes when cancelling services and made sure I was set up at new location. Definitely recommend.
