Time Warner Cable (TWC) is the absolute worst cable/internet services I have every had in my lifetime. The internet is worst than dail-up, literally. Do not waste your time purchasing their services. If you have the option to go with another competing company, trust me you will have better luck with someone other than TWC. Do not allow their GREAT prices to fool you. You will spend more time on the phone with customer service about what you should have in your packet or your internet & phone being out more than you will be on the phone with you husband, wife, and/or companion. They will continue to transfer your calls and eventually the phone will give you and error message and hang-up. No one will call you back, so dont expect that; now thats just expecting to much. Even though they take down your number to call you back in the event the call is lost or disconnected. SMH, I am searching NOW for better option. Its a rough situation for me because I believe the military installation has a contract with TWC and thats F***Ked up. Just a complete waste of money, and time all for horrible, horrible services. I would not recommend Time Warner Cable to the devil himself. Heck, he may even know better if I did make the offer to him. Consider another cable, phone and internet company do your business with rather it is business or home services.

Set up the "easy setup" connection to get Wi-Fi, didnt get Wi-Fi, tech guy was supposed to come on Saturday, didnt show up on Saturday, said they did it Sunday morning, still didnt have internet, tried telling me they had to check their schedule for when they can send a tech guy out and their earliest was Friday. Nope, bunch of nope. I cant believe it takes them such a long time just to setup internet, no thanks. If you live in the barracks, dont get it, either buy a more expensive one or stick with Boingo with a limit of 3 devices. Customer service on the phone was nice but that was it.

No way to rate the Internet service as I have waited over 2 weeks for a "site survey" to get done for the install. Called numerous times, found out that the request had been cancelled twice for no reason. Over 3 hours worth of phone calls and waiting on hold while they try to figure out what the problem was. What a waste of time dealing with this company...cancelled everything out and contacted BBTel, they will be out in 2 days for install. No issues, took about 10min to set up.

"This cant be real". The thought that I am thinking as I stand in line for 30 minutes waiting to drop off a cable box. One employee and twelve customers in line. It should not take this long, please bring your second employee in earlier. Update: 45 minutes. However, the first tech that was at work for the duration on my time there and who also helped me. Was very pleasant and had very good customer service. Thank you.

The wait was a little long. It seemed that the line was just long at that particular time. When I left there wasnt much of one. The clerk was fast on processing the orders. No complaints there. The modem is a little quirky compared to the centurylink fiber connection but it is a better value than what I had previously. I got 70 mbps down when they only advertised 60 mpbs.

I have been with time Warner since they were insight I wish it was still insight lived in Louisville moved to Radcliff Im paying 80$ for turbo Internet that I cant use cause the service is always out. technician after technician problem solved but then weeks later problems happening again 9 years of customer loyalty and this is what it has reduced to stay away my friends

Poor Services, customer service-0 knowledge-0 honesty-0 trying too charge for services theyre not providing. If you pay for Big Mac and you get a cheeseburger , is that acceptable. Pay for highest internet speeds but getting a little less than a quarter of that speed... wouldnt use but city has it set up so this is only provider in the area.

Horrible internet service. The 30 mb package barely gets 10, and the service is so intermittent its not even funny. Over priced for what you really get. After countless visits by their technicians and changes to hardware, nothing ever changes. If there were another halfway decent provider in the area, I would switch in a heartbeat.

I pay for 300mbs and routinely only achieve 20mbs. Service has been out for 6 hours. Something is wrong with this company. Too bad Im in college right now missing a seminar. Too bad i will be canceling services very soon. Too bad there will be a yelp related disaster. Garbage. Just plain hot garbage. AT&T here I come.

the office is great but spectrum service is unreliable. we have outages 1-7 times a month some within hours of each other. the speeds are great when it actually works but for $70 a month for just internet I expect better reliability.
