Have been longtime customer of Insight which Time Warner bought. Had over due amount been paying off since Nov. 2014. I receive 2-3 automated phone calls a day demanding payment even though I pay my monthly regular bill + extra for past-due amount and have an agreement to do so. They are the only authorized cable provider so there is no choice. I have never been hounded such like this before from any other company. It is basically harassment of a paying customer. Their services work fine if you can put up with the harassment. If you use Net-Flix or Dish or some other for service, I recommend you not become customer of harassing Time Warner Cable. When I finish paying the last 50.00 extra I will be looking for different services hopefully from a provider who appreciates my business.

Should change their logo to a Honey Badger... why? Because here is a company that truly does not care! Horrible Customer service since buying out TW in my area. As soon as buy out happened Spectrum jacked my rates and when I called and told them I was on a promotional price with TW, they told me that THEIR company doesnt honor promotional pricing for existing customers. Well, so long! Its been a tolerable 7 years as a loyal cable customer, but my $25/mo direct TV package has more channels, dvrs in everyroom, and while not as reliable Ill deal with it while saving $100/mo.

Every single customer service related issue has been a nightmare. I cannot stress enough, how horrible this companys customer service is. We finally reduced our service from originally having phone, cable, internet to only internet service because of the terrible service. Now Internet has again been out for two days, cant even talk to a person who can even bring up our account because theyre unable to understand English. I will change our service at the first opportunity and hope this company goes under.

Long time customer leaving due to price increases. Their effort at trying to keep me was to lower bill by $15. Im switching to DirecTV due to New Customer offer, but eventually will end up with Streaming service like SlingTV or DirecTV Now. Wish other Internet options were available where I live. I have to keep them for Internet and Phone! Time Warner local people are ok, but SPECTRUM customer service is NOT!

Over priced for how terrible the service is. Customer support is horrible. God help you if you actually have to make a call to them. No matter what speed Internet you pay for, expect to actually get half of that.
