You do not get what you pay for, their high speed internet is good but far short of what they claim on speeds. I only get about 55-65% of the claimed download speeds. I pay for 200 Mbs download and get between 110-134 Mbs downloads, pings are sometimes really high, service goes down way to much for my tastes. If their was something else besides DSL I would gladly jump on the offer.

Cable is to high especially when u only draw,753.00$ a month on disability. You need a program for us so we get at least channels 2 through 64. Im paying 53.00 a month for channels 2 through 13. That is awful and should me illegal for you to do please help us.

Cant reach by phone ever! Prices are high and when on disability every penny counts. But we can expect NOTHING to be done about it.
