Horrible customer service. Wireless router stopped working. Told me I would have to wait for a tech to come out or drive to a charter store to get a new one. I asked for a credit since I am without internet and they gave me 10.00. Said that was for two months of WiFi. Pretty sure my bills are 110.00 a month. The computers Internet is not working either and that has nothing to do with WiFi.

Way to expensive for what kind of service you get plus they had fiber 2 wire problem since beginning of 2017 and told me just going to have to deal with it Im changing service why should I pay 180 a month for service that goes out internet to and was charged 45 bucks just to set down in my home and say deal with it dont waste your money with these liers and crooks

I have seen one of their vans parked down the road from me every couple of days for the last week. I drove by slow this time and the guy was napping!! Next time Im going to take a picture and send it to Charter and post it on facebook. They really need to be more selective on who they hire.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very rude people working for this company. I have been trying for three months to get a old bill taking care of and have faxed all the papers needed and just keep getting the round around. You would be better off going thru a different tv provider.

Just terrible internet service! It only works on occasions. Its wonderful when it does, but it goes down more often then it should, and it takes forever to get beck up... I highly do not recommend this place!

Reliable service fast internet speed but by the way when you turn off your service you have only 30 days to pay balance before it goes to collection so dont forget u dont want your credit damaged.
