Horrible service to the very military community that contributes to their success. Was told our Internet contract would be forgiven should we get pcs orders. Then once we got Pcs orders I was told there is no such policy & it would cost 99.00 for early termination. Would not support this company

Speed is never performs to what it is supposed to. Has outages frequently, which requires you to reset your router. Paid 99 dollars for installation that was already in my house. Bills are extremely confusing to read and understand. Would avoid at all costs if possible.

Worst Internet service. Was told to pay ten more dollars a month to fix issue.Service is slower now then before. Called them for help said nothing they could do and it was my laptop. Funny how i can take it any where else and have no problems at all. Company is a joke.

The 2.5/2 mbit/s is a rip off. Its never fully up to 2.5 and the service goes down all the time.
