Waited a week for the original appointment and then they didnt show up or call. We had to call to find out it was rescheduled for the next day. Well here it is 2 hours past the end time they said they would be here and no tech no phone calls. I tried to call and find out if they are coming out or not and they sent me to voice mail after 2 rings. Im shocked comcast would want to be associated with a company with such poor customer service.

Had a 9am-1pm appointment window today: no one came and no one called... Took off work too, as they said someone had to be home. Just called them: previous appointment ran long. Well, business 101: call the client if you cant make it. Otherwise you go out of business. #Comcast, you should audit your subcontractors periodically!

Weve been working with this company through Comcast for WEEKS now and still have nothing installed. Numerous "appointments" set to install and nothing. This company is a joke and I cannot believe Comcast is associated with a company with such poor customer service.
