I dont know where to begin, I started with the process to have internet installed at my home and have had nothing but a continuous run around about getting installation completed. It started with the original set up date of 6/8 of which I called on the 6th of June, rescheduled as instructed due to the schedule not being available for documentation for the day that I originally requested. I rescheduled for the 6/12 and took the day off of work due to this. I waited for the technician to no avail. I called the installation department to find out what was going on and they told me that they rescheduled my appointment to the 6/19 without confirming anything with me. I then took another day off of work to be here and once again they did not show. After me speaking with three different representatives telling me it would be completed, the last time I called, they said that they rescheduled me again to the 6/20 without confirming with me yet again. I made arrangements for someone over 18 to be at my home for the time frame that they said and they did not show again. They stated that they rescheduled it for the 6/21.... this is ridiculous! Is this the type of customer service that I should expect? Signed, Beyond frustrated! I would have given no stars but it would not post without something

Horrible company!!! I believe this company will fail because they do not understand business 101. I signed up with century link in February and they told me that if I did automatic billing I can get $10 off my bill. Every month Ive had to call in because my bill has been wrong. Every month except for this month they have manually put in $10 off. Now Im told that the plan I have doesnt qualify for the $10 off. I even called corporate office and talk to them. Instead of giving me $10 off like they promised they are willing to lose a customer to their number one competitor! And also lose all their potential customers that I know!!! Wow I am so baffled....maybe corporate office should go back to college and take business 101 over!

This is by far the worst internet I have ever used. It is sad I have to turn on my cellular data to watch a video. I get so pissed with the incredibly slow speeds, if there was a Century Link employee in my house Id punch them in the face. You can that the government and federal regulations for this. They have no hard wired internet competition in my are because of the feds therefore no incentive to get better. They are supposedly the largest provider in the US but its run like a startup. Absolute garbage

Stay away from this company!! I wish there was an option for zero stars...Weve had our phone and internet service for less than a year and this is the 5th time our phone service has been out - no dial tone on our end and when someone tries to call us, it goes straight to voice mail without ringing in our home. Every time I call, they say theyll send someone out. No one has EVER been out, but after I speak to a supervisor, it magically starts worling again. I HATE this company!

To bad there is not a lower rating. Rude, overseas, do not want to transfer to US operator. Threatened to charge me for service call since they have been here so many times. Lie to you about your speed. If I need something I have to go to McDonalds and use free internet. It is also the federal law when you get overseas people ask for a US and they have to transfer you. Service is not better but at least you do not have to keep saying huh huh all the time.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Crappy, overpriced internet. Was told I didnt have a contract but was charged $200 for early termination fee which they automatically took out of my account (I was signed up for automatic billing when I had it) so if youre ending your service early, be sure to delete your saved payment info. Caused my account to overdraft. Go with someone else!

horrible internet service. it is so bad that when I go to centurylink speed test it lags out, I have to use a 3rd party speed test to tell me that I have a download speed of .18 and an upload speed of .18 with a ping ranging from 100-185 ms... what is the hundred bucks a month going towards? sure the hell isnt quality internet.

These people are terrible. Service issues at least twice a week, customer service sucks too. We dont have any other option here but if you do then go elsewhere.
