I Blame Herman & Kittles for getting this Deplorable company to monopolies cable to primarily subsidies renters!( Not necessarily Section 8"not that it supposed to matter") and say this because from my observation and experience, youre seemed to be looked down upon and treated less than,but anyways ,I say this because I have lived at 3 of their properties in 3 different cities and they have used this same service, my current complex being far the worse! The service goes out all the time and because they are the 3rd party! its never fixed or considered and emergency, my cable service has been out for 2-3 weeks at a time more than once the latest being within the last 2-3 months! they owe me over 65+ days of credit due to cable outage,but I havent received ! and this is a low number really, but my apartment complex just decided to finally get rid of them without even letting us know,we only found out because the cable company that they are using this time told us only about 7 days ago! might i add I just paid for a full month of service and what it looks like to me is that they are being petty and vindictive because they are being dropped! Our service is supposed to be on until the 18th! but as of yesterday Bluetop decided to cut our service early without warning even though I have paid for the whole month! plus they told our maintenance workers since they are stopping service if it goes out that they are not allowed to fix it on their end! at least thats what I was told! But this is by far the worse company I have ever seen and the service and customer service is as horrible as everyone else is saying, I see that nothing has changed for the better despite the terrible reviews for the last 4-5 yrs! ps Never use them and Im reporting them to the BBB.

Zero stars! This is a horrible company! Clayton and Nick (the only two people that answer the phone when I call) are both extremely rude and unprofessional. Internet is terribly SLOW and drops connection all the time. Unfortunately this is the only internet service available in our apartment complex. I, along with other unsatisfied neighbors, will be voicing this issue to our apartment office. Blue Top also has ridiculous prices because they probably know this is the only option people have. I google mapped the address as the other reviewer did and I, too, suspect they run this business out of a garage. Do NOT waste your money!!!

I tried for over 4 weeks to get High Definition service through this provider with no results. After my wife waited 5 different days for a service tech that never showed, I finally got someone at their office to activate the 811 box only to get the worst signal possible. Only when it was obvious they had no idea how to correct the signal issues, I returned my HD box. I now have a "digital" box that is adequate but the ABC, NBC and CBS audio is so bad the volume must be turned to max to hear it. That would almost work if the buzz and hum wasnt drowning out the audio. The picture snaps every second. Good luck if you use them.

Be wary of this company. After moving into my apartments I found out they only offer services through Blue Top. They are the primary reason I will be leaving. Google them first, check their address on maps. It looks like they run this out of their garage. I am paying the same for 5 mbps that only connects half the time that the complex across the street pays for 20 mbps through the cable company. I dropped their tv service for another satellite provider and will be moving because there is no other option for internet. They are rude and make threats on the phone and they do not have local techs to send to your complex.

Terrible Company with a terrible idea of running all residents from 1 satellite. One person can mess up the whole building and then take 3 days to come fix it because they arent open on the weekends and take another day or 2 to get there during the week. The idea just doesnt work to satisfy multiple customers from one unit. Dont call Dish to help fix the issue either, theyll tell you theres nothing they can do about it because its technically not their service. To top it all off, this has happened during the Final 4, and I live in Kentucky! Instant grounds for cancellation.

This is a fake company. Not real, they will take your money! I have been living here at beacon pointe since oct... HORRIBLE! They will over charge you, not worth the time and hassle. They are never here to help you, always gone from office, if you have to pay a bill you better pay it in advance because if you call blue top communications they will tell you over and over that nobody is in the office and you have to leave a message. I called to pay a bill for 3 days and they cut my cable off. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Rude and obnoxious customer service. The apartments get kick backs from using them so complain to your apartment complex as well. Their online payment service did not work nor did their phone system for payments. Mailed a payment in that was7 days past statement date and they cut service and wanted $25.00 to "reinstate". I turned in the box. Ill watch DVDs, the computer, read a book...anything but give this scam company one more dime of my money.

Terrible terrible terrible service. Beacon pointe appartments have a monopoly with this company. Highly overpriced for very poor, if it works, service. Dont move to beacon pointe if you need Internet /TV since this is the only option they give you and it hardly ever works.
