Bright House is now Spectrum. Ive had issues since day one. They constantly call everyday wanting me to upgrade my services with television. They will not bundle unless you get home phone as well? Ive made appointments three times so far for set-up, a cut cable line, and a transfer and EVERY appointment is never on time. If told by dispatch that your appointment is one day, theyll come a different day. The only perk we had with "Spectrum" was no one in our neighborhood had cable so we always had our top bandwidth. We cant do data caps (AT&T+Comcast) and satellite is just not an option. My appointment was Saturday 6/17, then they needed me to speak to a customer representative since my appointment was moved to Monday 6/19 4-6 PM , THEN it was Tuesday 6/20 8 AM- 8 PM??. Now its Monday again 6/19 10-12 PM. Its so confusing and stressful. Long story short, Spectrum is the only choice and its not the most organized company.

My service is crapping, internet never works, bill is in the high 200 for very basic service. I have asked for changes in the package and they state only offered to new customers. I am over it! Although the customer service people are nice. However since the acquisition between companies I have paid thousands of dollars to these companies since Nov. the claim is I am three months behind. I have taken screen shots of my billing since last October and have also asked for ledger information from Spectrum funny thing is they never show any of the Brighthouse posting during the acquisition.

I dont have any accounts with Bright House. My bank account has an ACH withdrawal from them. When I called, I am told there is no way to look at any information without an account. Really? The CSR could have at least given me the number for or transferred me to acounts receivable. They have to maintain records of services & payments for those services. Its required by the Uniform Commercial Code.

Internet service when fully functioning good, but more often than not it is spotty and random drops. when calling help line it hangs up on you. The folks on the technical support are nice, and normal routine is re-set modem weekly, which in my opinion is disruptive to me. I prefer a more long term solution. POOR Internet service, nice people at help desk.

They never showed up to install cable/wifi. The phone number listed to call the Marion location took me to a company that isnt even Bright House. We finally got ahold of someone who said they went to someones house who was not prepared to pay, so they just left. They didnt even call when they were obviously at the wrong house. Bad customer service.

If Spectrum didnt have a monopoly in my area, I would switch in a heart beat. I miss Brighthouse. They always worked with me in finding great deals; Spectrum wont even consider it. My internet is very slow after 7pm but, of course, they will give me faster speed for more money. TERRIBLE.

They own a monopoly on our area, and they know it. Outrageous prices for terrible service that goes down almost daily for most people, terrible staff, terrible customer service, terrible technicians, and unforgivably unreliable modems, cable boxes, etcetera. Absolutely disgusting.

The people I saw were friendly and professional. It was nice that they were open till 6 so I could go after work. However, I would not have needed to go in the first place if my modem (installed 2 days ago) wasnt defective. Hopefully this one will have a good power supply.

I moved from Gas City to Marion - 4 miles - and I have had nothing but problems since that time using the same equipment. Poor customer service. I would give it less than one star if I could.
