Terrible response time and not able to provide what they stated they could. My question was specific, can you delivery high speed internet to my address. 3 times the answer I recieved was yes. On the day they were to install they did not show up. After multiple phone calls they finally told us they could not provide high speed internet to our address. At that time DISH was 90% done and had already disconnected DirecTV. At this point I had to switch to DISH to avoid fees for DirecTV to reconnect. Very disappointed with Frontier and would never recommend them.

I have had them for a few months. At first their internet worked okay but it keeps dropping. I had techs come out twice and say they fixed the problem. Only the connection kept dropping. Now it just isnt working period. I would not tell anyone to use this company for internet service. I recently spoke with someone and they told me that the drops wouldnt stop because of how far I was. He was the first person out of the four or five I talked to that was honest with me!

Call for service on static on line and the phone calling 911. They said on Friday they would be out on Monday... They never fix the problem. The Cicero Indiana Police just showed up again Wednesday PM. I have been on hold for 45 minutes the first time and 18 minutes and counting now.

Terrible service. Try to get help from these people. 92 year old mother and they want two days to restore voice service. Imagine a 92 year old with no outside communication and health issues. Looking for better alternatives. Too bad I have to give them even one star.
