I like charter because its the only place to get internet where I live but we have problems constantly with our internet going out. The line they run from the light pole to your house gets filled with water when it rains hard and causes internet connection to be as strong

I hate this internet provider. Got a new system set up with a new modem and wireless router. So slow I cant even watch a doc on You tube . Awful, had to call them because it quit working once. Gonna have to again because I cant depend on it to be working or go to a website

Poor lady taking care of customers was by herself, she was doing the best job she could. You would think charter would have better customer service available. You cant call the local office either...

Internet is great....yet only stays connected for about 30 minutes at a time. No help from customer service. Less than 1 star.
