Comcast as a whole has been horrible! I have been trying to get an internet service for my house for over three weeks now. I have been to the store 3 times now, and have called their tech support phone number 9 times. The previous renters/owners have nothing to do with the current owner of a home! I think it is absolutely absurd that I cannot receive internet because of someone elses mistakes. I found the store employees tried to help but failed to call me when something went wrong. Overall this company has terrible customer service and should try to handle these situations differently!

As of August 15, cable in my front yard still not buried (from July 14) . . .no show to bury it on August 3rd. . . Still saying weeks to get this hazard out of my yard---Ive tripped over it 3 times. . . I hate Comcast!!!
