This company is by far the worst company i have ever used for internet, its a complete disgrace, they will go down for hours on end every week for no scheduled maintenance, but just because they dont take good care of their servers and in the end they will deny their service being down when you contact customer support and just refer you to restart your router/modem, then do nothing for you by reporting no outage reports or such. the company is completely horrid. Will never use them again once i can move to a better location for internet service, since theyre unfortunately the only provider to reach out this far

This company is ridiculous with the price increases and terrible customer service. I am now paying for basic cable and Internet, what I used to pay for premium cable, Internet, and a landline. If I didnt call and complain every year, my bill would be 200 per month right now, easy. Further, their customer service department has lied to me about services that they were supposedly offering me free as an "Im sorry you are so upset that we are terrible" gift. I asked the guy straight up "Will I ever, in the future, receive a bill for this?" He swore that i wouldnt. Of course I did. Hello sling.

This has to be the worst cable provider in the USA.When it was Broadstripe i never had a issue in 15yrs and now that Wow bought them out OMG!!! My bill more than tripled.UNREAL!!!So anyone looking for internet,tv,phone please use your head and stay away from this place.I would say C.O. but they definitely are not a company..More like a PONZI SCAM!!! Heed my words if you have a brain.Goodluck to you all and please stay away!!!!!!!!! Horrible!!!!

At least 3 times a week our internet "goes out" and we are unable to get online with any device. We have no other options in our area for internet. They are completely overpriced for the lack of quality we get. Ive called numerous times since we are paying monthly for a service we dont even get access to a third of the time, and their customer service lacks in quality even more than the internet service does.

Have tried to call and cancel my plan for a week. Finally got a hold of a technician, she said she could not disconnect me but could see the disconnect guys talking to each other and transferred me. I hung up after waiting another 5 minutes for some to pick up the line. Do not believe them when they say customers are their priority. Say it with me, "WOW! This company is crap."

Customer Service is horrible. The calls are sent to some other country. Waited 20 minutes for someone to answer call and another 29 minutes for them to try and figure out problem only to be told I needed to set up a service call. I dont have the time or patience to wait that long. Wish I could get Comcast.

Good deal for the first year, and then each year you receive astronomical increases and fees. Within 4 years my bill was $170 per month (started at $80, you do the math)! For cable!! I cancelled and went to Direct TV, good riddance. Customer service is not professional, "oh well" attitude with most calls.

Wish I could rate it no stars. I pay every month on time and my internet always goes out are is super slow. I call and ask why but they always just say unplug your router and plug it back in. I have had this provider for 9 months now and for the last 4 months I have been running on 3 to 4 gbps.

A prime example of wows outage problems connection box left wide open for kids and anyone else to play with all weekend. Rain soaking wires .reported on Friday now Tuesday still opened. Good luck with your service .
