Worst decision ever to switch to "spectrum"... cant wait to cancel after 60 days. Install on Tuesday. Thursday had to get a new box because the DVR wouldnt work. Asked tech over the phone to put an order in to move our cable line. Work order wasnt put in so we had to have another guy come out. So in less than one week weve had two guys come out. Basic cable channels arent included in our package and we dont have the lowest package either. You can only DVR on the main box and watch DVRs from the main box. Both Dish Network and Direct TV you can record and watch DVR shows on ANY CABLE BOX- Cant wait to go back to Dish Network.

They have doubled our bill since they changed over from Time Warner, now they are making is change all the boxes??? Simce.they have taken over reception is the worst. Freezes then goes on and our. Looks like its time to change cable companies. All spectrums promises are lies lies lies!!!!

I had them for about a year and it has been a nightmare. I live in a place were i can only have cable so Im stuck with them.
