This is one of the worst Cable Companies I had to deal with. I had multiple issues with them. Cable quality is really poor quality. My phones never worked. I always had static when using the phones. Had several tech.s out to fix it and none knew what they were doing. They took money out of my account with out my authorization. Over charged me several times. They do not know how to run RG6 Cable at all. I had to redo it and then finally my internet worked fine. I have had it with them, I am still fighting them on a charge that was made a month ago. I have filed my complaint with BBB against them. I have called them almost non-stop. This is not how you treat customers.

Time warner cable is very rude and nasty. They are ripe offs.Time Warner Cable Is the most rude cable company ever cause there customer service reps are so nasty and the dont give the customers the respect the suppose to give them and the give people the run around on appt. and the billing and the local office in dothan alabama is the most rude part of the customer service so if you thinking of getting time warner i would think twice before doing that unless you dont want the respect you deserve I will not be using there comphany again.

First off, the cable service is terrible, the picture is terrible, the ON-Demand never works, and the Channel line-up is weak. I had enough of the terrible service and took my cable box and internet hardware up to the office and returned them. The lady asked me if I was moving and I told her no and that the quality was terrible. She offered no refunds or apologies, nor did she ask what Time Warner could do better. Terrible quality and service. The technology is awful and the people dont care.

Horrible never in my life!!! placed an order received a confrontation number and set up appointment for professional installation....day arrives to have cable internet and phone installed tech never shows up....upon calling customer service I give them conformation number Im told Im no where in the system. leaving work to meet someone who was never really coming Comcast here I come!!!! ONLY REASON FOR 1 STAR IS THATS AS LOW AS YOU CAN RATE THEM

Worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Worst cable service Ive ever had. The on-demand does not work.. ever. The DVRs are low quality. Digital picture goes out in bad weather (I though cable didnt do that?!) On the upside... the internet is fast. I canceled my dig cable service and went with DirectTV.. Its a lot better. If you have an option to go with any other provider... jump on it.

Ive been without internet since last week and they arent concerned this is how i make my living and only offered a 20.00 credit and got answers i called 20 times then i made then let me speak to supervisor but still no help then i finally get a call they can be here at 2 pm to exchange the modem and ive got appt at 230 didnt offer to even call before they get here

Horrible customer service! They took my rate of 74 and raised it 60% in one month. Internet never works... Cable line up sucks... And they dont care! It took me three days to get internet when I had a report due bc of their crappy equipment. I had to go to my office at midnight. I hate this company!!! Worst Ive ever dealt with...dont be fooled, start away!

I work from home so my income depends on it! When I call and my Internet is not working I expect someone to attempt to fix it the same day. Instead I have been told it will be the next day between 11 and 12, which is over 24 hours. That is an entire day and a half that I will not be paid for and no one at Time Warner seems to care or even apologize.

Its great if you want cable from 1998. Expensive and you hardly get any channels in HD. You know that new technology from a decade ago? Yeah it still hasnt reached time warner cable Dothan. Every other cable company you pretty much get every major channel in HD. But not time warner cable Dothan.

I will only ever speak w/ Ralph at the customer service center. He went above and beyond to get me the cheapest package price that still included everything I asked for and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He made this experience way better than I anticipated!

I returned my internet box after cancelling my service. However, it was not properly logged, or something. Now I am being held responsable for the box even though I returned it! Avoid Time Warner at all costs!
