I only have Internet with TW and believe it or not have had great Service. Down load runs over 37 MB and up load at 6.5 MB .This is on a 30 down 5 up Service but with this said Lexington has TW Max and their speeds blow Versailles off the Map. Our 30 MB Package here in Lexington is 200 MB for the same price!! Our 100 MB is 300 MB in Lexington. Really who has a land Line anymore?? TW TV Service is a joke due to out dated Lines that dearly need to be up dated all over Versailles. I have talked to quite a few TW Service Techs over the last few years.The same holds to Wind stream which has down right awful Internet!! Oh and by the way i have had all of TW Services at one time. Like most all Companies they need to spend $ and up date all their Systems first and take care of their present Customers.

Spectrum is the worst company Ive ever dealt with theres so many things wrong with this company I cant even List It they took away all the good channels that Time Warner gave you and charge the same amount so if you want to get the same channels you had with Time Warner you have to pay more this is the worst changeover Ive ever seen they charge me $15 to merge my accounts they can even get my bills straight and my counts were not even merged

This has been the worst internet service I have ever had. Consistently having connection issues to any website and have been disconnected middle of streaming because of the awful service. Rarely works for more than thirty minutes at a time IF we are able to obtain a connection in the first place. I would never recommend Time Warner Cable for any service especially their internet will be looking for alternative options as of today.

Time warner is offering internet speeds that they have yet to provide. I have had the 50mbps package for 2 years. And have yet to ever come close. Highest Mbps Ive been able to attain is 14.5 download and 2.9 upload. After several service calls and visits the problem has never been fixed. Time warner needs to leave Lexington ky.

I like absolutely nothing customer service sucks I know this because they somehow managed to crash 3 of our routers before finally have us connect to city their city service which I must say I am continuously mind blown by how bad TWC internet is its like running my internet off a dam toaster

This TWC location is NOT open on Saturday, as it says it is. I drove 25 minutes from Lexington just to discover that the store is closed on Saturdays.
