Im officially done with Time Warner Cable I refused to give them another chance. I had a discrepancy with my bill and didnt understand why I was seeing these charges. The man I spoke to told me he couldnt transfer me to the department that can explain my bill unless I made a payment. So I explained to him why would I make a payment when Im not understanding why I am being charged the amount. He said his manager will not allow him to transfer. So then he is speaking to her in the background I asked to speak to her she would not get on the phone.. and told him that he has been on this call too long he needs to get a payment or end the call... I have never been so offended all I wanted was some one to explain the charges!!!!! I called back and spoke to someone else and she explained the charges like I simply asked her to do... after I pay them I will never ever use their service again......

Rated worst company in America for a reason. Their service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I was paying for their top service of 50Mbs down, and that only included 5Mbs up. Netflix was a total loss on their network. Their customer service is so bad youd be better off running full speed into a brick wall head first. Cincinnati Bell FiOptics is so much better. Their customer service isnt much better but their cable and internet is better priced with better speeds and better quality. Netflix plays flawless on CinBell Fioptic. On CinBell, for less than TWC you get 50Mbs down and 10Mbs up. The 10Mbs up makes a big difference when playing Netflix or streaming of any kind. AVOID TWC if at all possible. Too bad theres not a no star option.

I stopped by here recently to help a relative sign up for service. The customer service was excellent and Ill probably be back, if I have to. The main issue I have is on the front door, they proudly proclaim they are a gun free workplace and they have the logo stating no guns allowed. Of course, thats only for those that want to follow the rules and criminals dont generally follow rules. Therefore, I dont recommend this place since the anti-gun signs mean danger to me. Enter at your own risk! I would have rated this place at least 4 or possibly 5 stars but the "no guns" sign brought it down at least a star.

Getting 3 bills at once and being charged for a full month of service when I never used service on the account before having it closed only 2 days after opening due to employee telling me I couldnt transfer my services from one place to another during my move, only to call again and have another employee correctly transfer my services. The second employee told me the first one didnt even set me up with the right package. Now I have to waste gas to return second modem and pay a bill for services I never used. This place is terrible

we have TWC for the last year - I notice my bill goes higher, call and find out the promo has expired and was told they could do nothing to help me get my bill back down. then we get calls wanting to sell us a more expensive package which we are not interested in...now since Friday, November 20, our internet has been spotty at best...coincidence? I guess Im going to have to shop around....again...not going back to Cinti Bell after our experience last year. They have us over a barrel!

They need more help at this office. The reps are so slow it is frustrating to say the least. I work close to this location and it does not matter what time of day or weekend, it is, there is always a stupidly long line. Today on lunch I could not even wait as they only had 2 lines and I counted 12 customers ahead of me. GET MORE WORKERS....FORK OUT THE MONEY, YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY ENOUGH, YOU CAN AFFORD IT!!

Had Cincinnati Bell Fios for over two years with little problem, other than my bill going up as all places do. Had TWC before then, terrible experience. Thought maybe things had improved over time and took a gamble to capture the introductory rate. Boy was I wrong, I cant wait to switch back. Three months, multiple phone calls and two modems later, I may never come back to TWC.

This place is absolutely terrible. Been waiting in line for a half hour to return some bad product. 4 Windows and only 2 people working. One service rep has been with someone apparently for over an hour and they are not talking business, just catching up on their social life. The change to spectrum has not helped at all. Constant internet interruptions, unable to utilize internet for school timed-tests online, constant issues with streaming and constantly on the phone with IT trying to trouble shoot. After hearing too many times to (unplug and reboot) I finally canceled and got Cincinnati Bell Fioptics. Ive had for 3 months with no problems.

DO NOT USE TWC!!!! A BIG ZERO for customer service here at Time Warner Cable!! TV service is ok some channels freeze Internet is horrible!!! We have been trying to cancel service for a week now and they wont let you cancel. I keep getting hung up on when I call to cancel!! You can NOT get a hold of a local office!!

I have no respect for TWC. They refused to cooperate with me when other companies did. Thankfully I had a legitimate reason to cancel or the canceling process would have been even more painful than it already was. I have switched to Cincy Bell and am getting the same internet for a better price. Avoid TWC!

This company is so jacked up, canceled cable three weeks ago, after spending $1500 on this ridiculous company in the past year they have already charged me $324 for not getting equipment back to them.. Must be nice to have a business where you have no competition and can do whatever you want to people

I have had a problem with the internet for several months , they keep making excuses and ignoring the real problem which is the rotting lines under ground , at least that is what they told me . Their rates keep going up and when the internet works it is not fast like they say , I give them 1 star .

Because I couldnt give this company zero stars. $90/month for spotty "high speed" internet is just laughable. Clock is ticking on this company. Overpriced. Poor quality service. Fluctuating fees. Looking forward to competition putting these guys to sleep someday.

4 customer service windows. Only 2 people working. 15 people in line. Some leave in frustration. One customer at one window for over 20 minutes. Its like this every time I come here. The change to Spectrum has not helped. Ridiculous!

I had been with TWC for 10 years but when I transfered to Ohio they were the worse Experience I have ever had with a Cable company. They lie, misslead and are the rudest people to deal with I recommend any cable company but TWC!

Employees are so helpful and never a problem with my cable. Cant believe all the negative stuff on here. Every cable company raises their prices but I like that you can get specials even though you already have cable.
