Tried for months to get service with them. Customer service is terrible. Ended up finally getting a install appointment. Had to leave work early just to find out that they would sit at the wrong house. They told me they called and left a voicemail which was false. I will never have service with them. After being a previous insight customer for 8 years Time Warner will never get a penny from me. I have never wrote a review before but figured if I could stop one person from getting service with them it would be worth it.

Pay for 50 mbps Internet stream 10 mbps constantly or less they tell me its something with my house and have had 5 technicians in a months time yet they tell me its on time Warners end only will give $5 credit honestly could care less I pay extra for the good Internet yet cant seem to recieve it cannot wait for Google fiber to be available in our area would not recommend anybody getting this junk

Dropping service for the past 2 weeks. They have been out to fix it several times. 3 guys 2 trucks one working 2 standing around watching and talking about other employees. I asked if they were getting close and all captain obvious could say was he is working on it. I had less problems with windstream! Guess I will go back. At least they are more affordable for crappy service.

The lines are always long to pay your bill,they should have two lines for paying your bill and two for returning or switching your equipment,it is always something wrong the the service at times they did. Make some small adjustments.Please someone give them some ideas.

Spectrum is horrible. I fired them immediately after the takeover of Time Warner. Started charging 5 dollars for over the phone payments. Didnt offer promotions.AT and T or direct tv or dish offers much better packages. Switch if you can.

They are always helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for you. I had Dish and they were overpriced and not willing to work with you on anything. Have a storm have no cable with Dish.....

Customer service is terrible! Avoid at all costs. Cost of bill constantly increasing with no explanation why. Be prepared to call customer service a lot.
