If I could give negative stars, I would. We were supposed to have internet installed yesterday between 8-10 am. Weve been on the phone numerous times since 10:30 yesterday morning trying to figure out why not a single person showed up, or even bothered to call. Weve been lied to, given the run around and let down. We have personally talked to 9 different people, and each one of them have talked to supervisors, yet here we sit. Im an incredibly patient person, but we have 8 kids and 2 businesses to run, and I do NOT have time for this! Its ridiculous! I wouldnt have a business if I gave this "service" to my customers. We are on hold, again, while they try to contact dispatch, again (they have to send emails because "theres no way to contact them by phone")...we were just told that someone would call us in a half hour, again, which is why we are on the phone now, as we were told that, again, an hour and a half ago. This is the worst excuse for customer service Ive ever had! They were just told to cancel the order, we will go with Metronet! Please, dont waste your time with this joke of a company. I have notion to sue for lost wages and stress!

#1 i just payed my bill and my cable is now shut off a week later. #2 I tried to change my package and was transferred 7 times in which then the phone hung up. #3 When I first got their service it took almost a month for them to turn it on after I paid for it. #4 They say one price and then I get the bill and its much more than what was agreed upon. #5 I cannot call or get in contact with them bc they shut my phone off!!! I PAID MY BILL LAST WEEK....HIGHLY AGGREVATED!

I believe now that spectrum took over,I believe its going to get better,some what friendly associates. ..cheaper deals,you dont have to pay 10$ for each box now.so saving over 30$ plus same package I had with time Warner I also get all movie channels now same price Ive been paying for 0 movie channels. .so Im happy with the change.

Ever since Spectrum transition, Im having daily connection issues. I feel bad taking my frustration out on CSRs when the fault is not with them. Will probably change to Metronet Internet package. I pay for extreme Internet package and have dealt with drops for a couple weeks now. One star is too many in regards to internet.

When the internet work, the service is good. when the internet goes out you are working with a major company and it is a struggle...overall the service they provide is good. The staff at this location is great, the tecs are good, the organization as a whole is less than perfect.

Absolutely the worst service, unless you dont want what you ordered, or enjoy spending your entire life on hold and waiting for calls back. They always tell you theyre sorry, but they sure dont act like it! Too bad I have to give a star to post this.
