They are the most unethical business we have ever encountered. Finally fed up we called on 3/31 to end our contract at the end of April. By the next business day they had cut our service but repeated calls only got the recording that our area was experiencing service outtage. Upon checking we found NO ONE ELSE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD HAD CABLE PROBLEMS. So while trusting and waiting we missed the NCAA championship game. We have cut our internet too as we want no business with such an unscrupulous company. Wish I could rate them minus 5 stars!

I pay at this outlet and I never wait more than 5 min! They hooked me up right away. My hook up guy was great, very professional and quick. I only do internet and the connection is great and the price is right! Only problem I have with charter is the constant promotions in the mail and anytime I call for anything they keep trying to get me to bundle I have told them I dont even have a TV

I am rating the facility and the staff, not the companys services. The staff was very friendly and assisted me in getting the services of the previous residents of my house disconnected. We had a new account set up and a modem issued in under 15 minutes. The facility was clean but lacked seating which might be a downfall for older customers. Overall it was a painless experience.

Extremely disappointed in their automated phone system. It is nearly impossible to get a live person to talk to without waiting 10 min+ and jumping through multiple hurdles of questions in which if you answer wrong it hangs up on you.

Not pleased with the pricing. They lie about the intro offer and the price going up after two years. We have no competition to push them lower in pricing. The northern experience, little choices and theyre all to expensive.
