Worse business ever! Falsely advertise there package rate and add on a bunch of nonsense garbage to up the cost of your bill. the 89$ bundle deal advertised on TV turns out to be $120 with no dvr and about 25$ extra dollars for every room you add. cost me $175 just to start up in the middle of a month. then didnt receive a bill till two months later saying a i missed one payment. and i paid $150 a month for the next four months and still they said i owed them over $300. Then when I paid $175 they shut my service off and sent my bill to collection saying I owed them close to $500 now, WTF seriously TW i have paid you more money every month since i had your crappy service, i even tried to drop everything and just do internet and you said it would cost me more then my rate now. your service is terrible with black outs and glitch screens , faulty equipment, and a lousy selection of 50 channels that are repeated three times to make it look like theres a lot of channels. steer clear of this rip off company.

Was on the phone for 40 minutes setting up the basic Internet plan then the lady says she has to transfer me to installation to pick a date, I get transferred and the installation person has no record of our transaction or any idea who I am. So we start back at step 1, then we get disconnected and I call back and repeat the same process. I set up everything I want with one person then they transfer me to installation who has no idea who I am or a record of what I ordered so we start back at step 1 only this time when we get to the end its gonna cost $30 more than the first go around. I ask to speak to the supervisor and was told the supervisor was busy, waited ten minutes and they were still busy so I cancelled my order. Also none of these people were in the U.S. so I had to give sensitive information to not 1 but 4 foreigners and I still dont have Internet. Dont Do It! Its a trap!

Horrible customer service! When you call you spend at 30 minutes on the phone with someone who hardly speaks english. You have to ask to be transfered back to a customer service representative in the United States because you are actually talking to someone in another country usually Pakistan or India. Also I am concerned they are stealing my information when talking to a representative from another country. I was told instalation would be free when I got my bill they slipped in a instalation fee. I called to about they said that they are now spectrum cable and they wouldnt remove the charges also I was quoted $119.00 a month and the next week most of the channels I watch disappeared and when I called they said it would cost me a additional $20.00 a month for those channels since this week they are now spectrum and last week they were Time Warner. Ridiculous!

I was a Twc customer for 30 years. When I tried to cut down my bill, it was a absolute joke! The cheapest "bundle", (I was reminded numerous times "we are a bundling company") was $127, yet they advertise for "new" customers bundles for $49!!! So the hell with old customers! So I made the break from cable& just went with Internet. She, Keisha, says that is $83. Im floored!!! I said that is the cheapest I can get it? Well yes mam, unless you go down in speed! But that wasnt even revealed until I went ballistic! So for now Im paying $30 until I can sign with someone else. Oh I also have to drive 64 miles round trip to return the box, after the first lady told me since there was not a store close by, she would send a tech to pick it up What a crappy company, cant wait to be set free!!!!

I have been a Time Warner customer for over 5 years and it is always the same deal: they hook you with an introductory offer and then after 12 months youre rate approximately doubles. You call them up and talk them down and they can offer the same package or even better in my case for the same price you were paying. Of course, they can find you another promotion to get your rate down for another 12 months and this cycle perpetuates. Tip colon threaten to cancel and say youll just pay your neighbor $20 to use their Wi-Fi for internet and its amazing what kind of deal they will give you. They should be upfront with their customers and just continue the deal versus you having to call them up and threatened to leave

I have been a time warner cable for a long time and the on-line rep suggested I go into the store to get some help either lowering my bill or setting up a new account since my husband died. Without a doubt, this is the worst customer service I have seen. I dont understand how one of your people still have a job. I am going to try and call again tonight to get some help but quite honestly I feel like switching to Direct TV right now. I never wanted to leave TWC but this is pathetic.

My bill was supposed to be $150 a month but they said with taxes and fees Im paying $180. How in the hell am I paying $30 extra a month for taxes etc? Its a bunch of bullcrap! Crappy company. And I always get the run around. Ill talk to one person and theyll tell me one thing and when I talk to another person they tell me something totally different. Its really aggravating! Ill be switching to a different company very soon!

I use to have to love twc but now they are horrible. I got the 89 dollar bundle nd my bill is 157 .. and the first 5 days I had cable I couldnt watch because they guy installedinstalledit in wrong and I still had to pay installation fee even tho he did it wrong. My Wi-Fi works when it wants to. Cable have been Out to my house 3 times to fix things nd Ive only had the service for half a month.

Robbery. Just like the rest. Every month your bill will go up. They charged me a fee for 3 years on rental equipment I bought out right. 3 Months later I got a partial refund, then they lowered my wifi speed. I called to complain they bumped it back up then added it to my bill and started charging me for my own equipment Again. Goodbye forever. I will live in a cave before I return.

I pay way too much for just their internet service. I am suppose to have 100 Meg download speed and the highest I get on an average day is around 10. I constantly have issues. If you call them they tell you to jump up to the next plan. Why would I pay more when you cant even get the lower plans to work? Save the trouble and money, find another service.

This is the worst place ever they say one thing on the phone and then send you a bill for another thing and the customer service is rude all hell I only had WiFi through them and it sucks I love my DirecTV and will be using them for WiFi to and when I moved it took a week to get my service reconnected THIS IS THE WORST PLACE
