I personally love the service Im getting. I am a former 15-year Comcast premium 100Mb/1000G customer too. Totally cool service department who was very helpful when I was setting up the services I needed. Great fiber service with zero service interruptions the past six months Ive had it, plus it doesnt waver like it does with other broadband providers either. They dont appear to be over-selling their pipes so you actually get great network connection speeds through the entire day & night too. While it is more expensive compared to other providers, fact is this is a top notch fiber service with near instant repair response times (per family in Lafayette), and they dont play games or gimmicks with customers like so many others do. That too is very appreciated. My wife and I use the internet near constantly as well so we get a good return on value with their services. So while others may have problems, Ive had nothing but top notch service with them since the first day they set everything up. Thanks NCTC!

Never had any issues or interruptions with my service in the 2 years I had it. Super high speed where I lived, which was put in the country. And when I had to cancel my service it was a 5 minute process

Way to expensive. Took 3 weeks to get them out to install everything. The people are friendly but for the prices and rates it sucks.
