Excellent, courteous, timely,professional CUSTOMER SERVICE..with human persons!! Charter provided what they advertised, and when they committed to install. Charter provided names, telephone numbers,and email addresses for questions or concerns. We received an IMMEDIATE supervisor visit to ensure we were happy. Our experience with Charter was superb in comparison to other service providers. We would like to thank TEAM Charter for being a very positive part our first home buying experience. We will definitely recommend Charter.

1st lady couldnt help me because her system wasnt compatible to handle my turning in Bright house boxes. 2nd lady to me Ill be with you in a minute, then went to lunch. 3rd lady took the boxecbut couldnt access my downgrade to internet only, told me to call in to customer service. They had no new boxes that were mandatory for their cable for customers who needed them. All of them were relatively pleasant but the companies position to handle all aspects of business was very poor.

I have been a charter client on and off for 9 years. The gentleman that came out to connect my service was very very unprofessional. I wish I could post pictures off the awful job he done running cable over my for frame. Its hanging from 2 nails he put into my door frame resulting in a crack in it. Update: they sent out another gentlemen and everything was fixed in about 20 min. Thank you

Walked in at 12:43 on a Saturday, told me I needed more paperwork, had someone bringing it, they arrive at 12:59 and lady as "Store Lead" says she no longer serving customers and told us to leave. Also "could not find my address" went to another location and found it exactly by what I told them. Lady was not willing to help us here. I wish there was a zero star rating.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone at charter for 2 days. There is something wrong with their phone since it never rings. Not my phone I can make and receive calls. When I called the Garden sale office they gave me another number. I called them was told that was the wrong number gave me another number, couldnt get it to ring. These people are very unhelpful.

we have a old tv downstairs in our den that does not work because we have no box for it, so we went to Charter in Gardendale to get a box when we got home we couldnt figure out how to hook it up so we called and found out if they send out a man to hook it up we will be charged $40.00.This is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE I dont think so.

Never had a problem, always get fast and correct support. Hardly ever have an issue with the picture or the cable box. Alot of this kind of thing depends on where you live as well... I enjoy charter and would rather have them than anyone else.. and I have had satellite and other cable providors to compare it to.

I wasnt even here, I was across the street getting a haircut, but while Im here Ill tell you about Charter. I had been with them for a few years and they went way up on what I was paying so I switched to Dish. I now have NFL Sunday ticket, unlimited data on my AT&T phones and paying a lot less.

Ive had some issues with my cable boxes in the past , but once everything was settled the service was very good. My router has recently been having problems and tomorrow Im going to take it to get switched out. Hopefully that will go well or I will come back to change my comment.

my internet keeps going out randomly! But the guy I spoke to keeps telling me im just wrong everything is working great! they can send someone out if! I pay for it!...maybe if the guy would just try to fix my problem instead of telling me I dont have one!

Worst costumer service of any people Ive ever been associated with. They over charged me for two months when I brought it their attention they said there was nothing they could do . Im still working on it. Tired of the cold shoulder.

Customer service is horrible. 70 years old and was told to drive from st.Clair cty to Gardendale to deliver Internet box or pay 1000. You know where I wanted them to put their box! Never again.
