Worst Customer Service Ive ever experienced! So I was conned by a salesman into giving Spectrum a 30 day trial, cancel at any time within the 30 days no harm no foul, is what i was sold. I get a bill 10 days after signing up for 3 times what was discussed. I called to go ahead and cancel phone and TV since they werent being used. Then I got another bill that was even higher!! All within 20 days time. How do I possibly owe 4 times what I was sold before the 30 day trial is even over? How does my bill increase after canceling services? I returned all the equipment to the store and explained what had happened. The lady was nice and said she would update my account so no more bills were received... Yeah right!! I get bills for varying amounts weekly. Now Im getting calls from collections EVERY day!!! I hope your salesman is enjoying all his commission, scumbag. I will never let friends use spectrum.

So they came out to my apartment and after an hour or so still no internet. Two modems were tried. The guy had no key to get into the box outside. ...so the next day I call to cancel because I still had no internet service they claim it was hard because service has never been in that apartment????-¿¿¿¿....now I have to MAKE TIME TO RETURN THEIR CRAPPY MODEM AND WAIT 4!!!!! Weeks from the time I return it to get my refund!!!! I hate the incompetent company! !! I called A T& T!! Set up was smoother than wd40! !!!!! And cheaper! !!! Id never ever deal with this company again! !!

They have the worst internet service and the worst customer care department of any company Ive paid for service. Then you go into the store and the staff is rude for no reason. Im hoping for the death of this silly company. The only reason you were used is because you are the only service provider in my area. If you have any option other than Bright House, take it! You can thank me later.

So they came to my apartment twice already and I still did have internet. They keep sending people out that can not run a line. So frustrating. Customer service does not relay messages when you call them. The technicians that come out feel bad. Its not there fault. They say someone is going to call in 24 to 48 hours and they dont.
