They always have their phone off the hook when they are open. Every time I call up there, its busy and I end up going up there. When I do go up there and tell them I havent got my mail for the day, they tell me either I just didnt get any (which I knew both times I was supposed to) or it hasnt run yet and it shows up at my house 20 minutes later. I havent got my mail yet again today and its 2 hours late. I tried to call and of course its busy. You ever notice when you go in there, the phone never rings?!?! Thats why!

I have never had such an issue in receiving my mail before I moved to Deatsville. This is the worst post office I have ever seen. They are always coming up with excuses not to deliver my mail. They lie about failed deliveries, and solutions to their incompetence. There are many people unemployed in this country who would be glad to have this job, and perform it correctly.

Mail is often lost, returned or delivered to the wrong address. Poor quality control. Poor customer service.
